**What do you like best about Pinpoint Payments?**

Onboarding was quick and easy. I was worried that switching processors might interrupt appointments or checkout, but the Pinpoint team made the transition smooth and handled everything without disrupting our day-to-day operations.

**What do you dislike about Pinpoint Payments?**

So far, there hasn’t been anything I didn’t like. We did our research before making the switch and are happy with the decision.

**What problems is Pinpoint Payments solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our biggest challenge was having clear visibility into our payments and dispute activity. We operate multiple brands across Canada and the U.S., and staying organized is really important. Our previous provider’s reporting was limited and hard to work with. Since switching to Pinpoint, reporting has been much clearer, which has made it easier to track chargebacks, manage cash flow, and spend more time focusing on growing the business instead of trying to sort through data.
