**What do you like best about PILOT:MES?**

It provide the quantitative data on any ERP platform. No user input is needed which is typically prone to user error and would also yield to bad output and bad reports.

**What do you dislike about PILOT:MES?**

There is always a drawback which is more in to the maintenance side plus additional resource which will handle the maintenance, analysis internally but i think the pros outway the cons.

**What problems is PILOT:MES solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The data in a shop floor set up is very critical. The data is fast pace. In a manufacturing industry, the actual may unlikely be the actual for several factors: time and people. With MES integration, you can generate the actuals at any given time. No user error hence the report is 98% reliable.
