  ### 1. Easiest way to find alumni/past users of any software!

**What do you like best about Pidgi.io?**

I liked how much time this saved. Most people who buy software are past users of the solution. Pidgi can automatically identify a past software user; it highlights the years the employee used the solutions and how many companies they had been at. Pidgi can also be targeted to identify only the roles you care about in a company. Finding the decision makers that are alumni is a dream come true!

**What do you dislike about Pidgi.io?**

Small things in the UI could be improved. I wish it supported things like hitting Enter, vs click submit on the interface. Many of my initial concerns were immediately addressed, the Pidgi solution evolved so rapidly, based on our feedback! I would be shocked if they hadn't

**What problems is Pidgi.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WIthout Pidgi, I would have to look up every single person's LinkedIn, then look at every past company, check if those companies used my company's solution, and if the past company DID use my company's solutions, I would have to also check that the employee worked at the customer account while they were indeed a customer. 

That is a lot of work just to identify an alumni. Pidgi removes all of that leg work and saves an incredible amount of time.

**What do you like best about Pidgi.io?**

I've been in Software Sales for the over a decade and anyone who tells you they enjoy prospecting is lying to you.  Pidgi is an AI-driven tool that allows your sales reps to work smarter by unleashing the power of your legacy clients.  It's great to sign new business, but it's even better when your best customers and its leaders see the value of your product wherever their career takes them.  Pidgi has strengthened my approach to strategic prospecting and I will continue to recommend it to any Sales organization that's looking to go their clientele.

**What do you dislike about Pidgi.io?**

I still have to prospect... where's the feature where it does everything for you from conversation to close?  Now THAT would be a game changer!

**What problems is Pidgi.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company has a bunch of open source clients that have been on our solution for 5+ years.  As leaders come and go we'd like to be able to reach out to those thought leaders and understand why they liked our solution and what use cases they were able to solve.  Utlizing Pidgi, I can reach out to previous users of our software to begin a warmer conversation rather than a cold outreach.  It's a very slick and useful tool.

**What do you like best about Pidgi.io?**

In today's sales world, outbound prospecting for SDRs or AEs can be manually intensive and less effective. With most companies working remotely, your cold calls go straight to automated recordings, and your emails get buried in a spam folder. This recurring problem led me to Pidgi, a quality approach to prospecting with a strategic method rather than one centered around quantity of emails or dials. 

I reached out to Pidgi with an account I had been targeting for two months with little success connecting with the appropriate players. Pidgi provided me with a list of contacts who had used our software in a previous role at another company. This allowed me to curate a targeted approach to c-level employees stating which employees had used our software previously and why it would make sense to explore our software.

I was amazed at the increased response rate from decision-makers rather than the generic response from a gatekeeper. I was able to book that meeting with the account I had been chasing for two months after just two emails with the info Pidgi provided. 

I recommend this tool to any sales team looking for a more effective way to target net new business.

I found Pidgi's tool very effective and do not have any complaints. Excited to continue to use their product.

A quality approach to prospecting instead of quantity.

**What do you like best about Pidgi.io?**

Once we were able to research the entire company, I found alumni that I wouldn't have necessarily added to salesforce, so we would have never identified them. For example, I can see that one of my upcoming meetings has 17 alumni. This will make for great topic of conversation during that first meeting, especially when companies are fearful about gaining adoption or 'ease of use'

**What do you dislike about Pidgi.io?**

There is still a bit of manual work involved, but I think bugs are being worked out. Plus, I think that if we weren't so limited on how many companies we could research, it would take a lot of the guesswork out.. I believe these are limitations MAY be due to our company being in a 'trial' and not yet having full access

It is helping me to find new contact and previous users of our software
