**What do you like best about Phoenix Ortho?**

Phoenix makes it really easy to upload and task medical records request for our outside copying service. They also make it easy to scan medical records in. 

**What do you dislike about Phoenix Ortho?**

This program freezes up or breaks down ...allllll--the--time. Our company has had to do several updates over the last 6 months just to get this program to work at efficiency. I cannot scan in electronic medical records to a patients chart and transfer a phone call at the same time or my Phoenix program freezes up. It also will freeze my call so the patient is left waiting in limbo. 

**What problems is Phoenix Ortho solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a multi faceted product. We are able to schedule injections-view electronic medical health records-send faxes-transfer data and write notes all at the same time.
