The best part of Petra is the reporting. It gives such detail about the cause of the compromise, the emails that were viewed, modified, deleted, etc. To automatically lock the account in 2 minutes or less and sign out of all sessions is priceless. I would highly recommend this to any MSP who is serious about protecting their client's 365 accounts. **What do you dislike about Petra Security?** There is nothing I dislike about Petra. Works very well for us. **What problems is Petra Security solving and how is that benefiting you?** The amount of phishing email schemes has increased exponentially. It never fails to amaze me how many customers click on links and give up their credentials. It's an easy sell. ### 2. Since switching from our previous ITDR, Petra has caught some dormant threats that weren't detected before. The amount of signals it monitors across Microsoft tenants for suspicious activity is impressive and provides a more comprehensive level of security. I also value how Petra Security automatically remediates threats in real time, rather than just sending alerts and waiting for action. Plus, it was very easy to set up and deploy across all clients. Most importantly, it's been effective at protecting client environments. **What do you dislike about Petra Security?** Nothing, so far it has been great. **What problems is Petra Security solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Petra Security to monitor and protect our client's M365 from cyber security threats, and remediation in real-time. It caught dormant threats that previous solutions missed, giving us and our clients' peace of mind. Its easy setup and comprehensive coverage provide a higher level of security. ### 3. If I was going to pick on anything, maybe the price point could be lower, but even with that I think it is still a fair value. **What problems is Petra Security solving and how is that benefiting you?** Speed!
