"Efficient Protection and User-Friendly Console, but Room for Improvement"
What do you like best about WithSecure Elements Extended Detection and Response (XDR)?

I appreciate that WithSecure Elements Endpoint Protection operates efficiently and does not cause any noticeable slowdown on my devices. The cloud console is user-friendly, allowing me to easily manage and monitor all endpoints. Additionally, its real-time protection consistently performs well and provides reliable security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WithSecure Elements Extended Detection and Response (XDR)?

Occasionally, updates are slow to sync across all my devices, and I find the alerts can become overly frequent or repetitive. Additionally, the interface would benefit from a more modern and responsive design, especially when I'm reviewing logs or reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Extends protection to a next level"
What do you like best about WithSecure Elements Extended Detection and Response (XDR)?

XDR helps us finding weak spots on clients and servers in our network at an affordable price.

With the ESC backend offering us an overview from many different perspectives, it's easy for us to check on weaknesses and vulnerabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WithSecure Elements Extended Detection and Response (XDR)?

There are a number of false positives and it would be nice if the system would learn from us more intelligently on what is allowed and what not - it's already easier as we can mark behaviors as "accepted behaviors", but some of them cannot be accepted due to complexity of the case. "Reliable to the extent I used and observed with my client, totally recommend !"
What do you like best about WithSecure Elements Extended Detection and Response (XDR)?

WithSecure Elements Endpoint vulnerability, security risks alert detection and workaround is very useful in a CyberSecurity point of view. Centralised remote or system access paves an easy path for breaking down of malware points on any device in the network and protects from external phishing attacks. Reasonably easy to control clients and isolating them from the domain for safety at times of malware suspision. Easy to deploy and integrate with any cloud service provider and on-premises infrastructure. User Interface is good and application is lightweight. Overall experience with the security software is very good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WithSecure Elements Extended Detection and Response (XDR)?

The filters, the navigation and the sidebar are fussy sometimes. I understand that security software should monitor and block any sort of suspision, however whitelisting of some actions is much needed, so that most of the false alerts can be avoided. The general layout takes some time to get used to, it is fine once we get used to. EDR portal is little complex which requires some training. Continuous support services will always aid better user experience. Pricing is a bit over the odds. Overall experience with the software is very good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
