All services are best for its user. **What problems is WithSecure Elements Extended Detection and Response (XDR) solving and how is that benefiting you?** We've a lot of remote workers, so it's just a matter of installing the customer on workers' machines and also pushing out critical security updates to our druggies when necessary. Everyone in the company uses it. We are a voyage company with about 170 workers in the usual departments, like accounts, IT, product deals, contrivers, and finance. We have got a couple of Mac druggies in the business as well, but it's substantially Windows druggies. We use Endpoint Protection every day constantly to cover cautions as well as to insure all the stoner machines and security delineations are over- to- date. For patch operation, we use Syxsense. It's a different software that we run that alongside F- Secure. So this is a reason we are looking at commodity differently that packages these features each together. ### 7. Centralised remote or system access paves an easy path for breaking down of malware points on any device in the network and protects from external phishing attacks. Reasonably easy to control clients and isolating them from the domain for safety at times of malware suspision. Easy to deploy and integrate with any cloud service provider and on-premises infrastructure. User Interface is good and application is lightweight. Overall experience with the security software is very good. **What do you dislike about WithSecure Elements Extended Detection and Response (XDR)?** The filters, the navigation and the sidebar are fussy sometimes. I understand that security software should monitor and block any sort of suspision, however whitelisting of some actions is much needed, so that most of the false alerts can be avoided. The general layout takes some time to get used to, it is fine once we get used to. EDR portal is little complex which requires some training. Continuous support services will always aid better user experience. Pricing is a bit over the odds.
