**What do you like best about perview HCM?**

I really like Perview HCM's all-in-one dashboard; it makes HR tasks like payroll, attendance, and performance reviews easy and centralized. The dashboard provides a clear overview of all HR activities in one place, saving time and reducing errors. I can quickly access employee data, track attendance, process payroll, and monitor performance without switching between multiple tools. Additionally, the initial setup was fairly straightforward with guided onboarding and support from their team, which helped us configure employee data, workflows, and payroll settings without major issues.

**What do you dislike about perview HCM?**

Some areas that could be improved in Perview HCM are its reporting flexibility, occasional slow loading times during peak hours, and limited customization options for certain workflows.

**What problems is perview HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perview HCM to manage HR processes in one platform, reducing manual work, avoiding payroll errors, and improving data accuracy with an all-in-one dashboard, which is efficient and valuable.

**What do you like best about perview HCM?**

perview HCM is not user friendly it is once you become familiar, with it. The software makes it difficult to generate reports related to employee records. There are some problems perview HCM provides a poor experience once you get the hang of it.

**What do you dislike about perview HCM?**

There are downsides worth mentioning. For smaller companies just starting the cost is quite high making it unaffordable for some. If you dont require its capabilities for a job function its functionality is limited compared to other options available in the market.

**What problems is perview HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are software solutions that provide quality and features making perview HCM less unique in terms of competition. perview HCM has not simplified our processes, for employee onboarding, performance management, and time monitoring. This has resulted in time consuming.

It takes time to get used to at the start, but once you develop a habit, it becomes very difficult to navigate. Its also not user-friendly and provides difficult access to staff records and reports.

PerView HCM is a poor software for simplifying and centralizing business processes, it falls short in certain areas. It lacks the versatility and options provided by other software alternatives.

Its high cost makes it unsuitable for small-scale companies. It requires extensive training and implementation efforts, making it less user-friendly compared to other options.

The process of making and updating data in huge size is very easy and it process the data very smoothly which make this software very standard.

In the start you will get tittle difficulty but as soon as you got a habit of this, it becomes easy and handly.

It is very user friendly and helps greatly in streamlining the business processes. It is also a great goal tracker/ Performance Management Software. As compared to competitors, perviewHCM is highly recommended.

**What do you dislike about perview HCM?**

One thing I dislike about perview hcm is that it has no offline capabilities and sometimes the system doesn't update when I am not logged in. It would be really helpful if this can be addressed.

It is helping in streamlining and centralizing all the business process across different entities. It definitely helps in increasing productivity in day to day activities.

Perview HCM is one of the few software which offer Human capital Management for medium to large sized businesses. It is quite organized and intuitive. It focuses on performance management. Managers can keep track of the performance of the employees. The modules of Perview Talent Management Suite can be consolidated deftly and can be fitted ideally into a built up framework condition of your organization. For very various prerequisites, Perview offers intelligent arrangements. Overseeing Customers reviews with Perview utilizing our corporate structure was a lot simpler than we had initially anticipated. The framework is instinctive and reviews can be structured and broke down rapidly and precisely. Programming by professionals for specialists, precisely our style. Driving change ventures in way that overall administration or task managers can control how any given administrator is driving his designated piece of the undertaking whenever, is more or less an art in itself.

**What do you dislike about perview HCM?**

Perview only offers human capital management so you have to but other software like WebHR or BambooHR etc. to solve other issues like HR, Employee management and Project management. Sometimes it seems way too much laggy maybe it happens due to the large amount of data input in the software. The Value for money is also less because it offers only one feature i.e. HCM. The UI of the software is also a bit out dated.

Overall, Perview HCM offers only one job but it is best in that job, so we prefer Perview over other competitor. If you are a new company and are starting at a small scale then this piece of software is not for you as it will only cost a lot of money and you would not be able to utilize it at its full extent.
