I really loved the presentation on the landing page, though It is a bit lagging on the MacBook pro. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Limited scope and functionality.
Insights could be personalised and better adjusted with follow-up questions.
The result page could be more straightforward, with better-described unique competencies.
It is unclear if "9 main competencies" is a total pool of competencies you try to identify or those you find specifically in the candidate. So this part could be better clarified and more specific.
The doughnut chart looks cool, but it is not clear what it tries to visualise. It also could be interactive.
The suggestions under each competency are too generic. To make an impact, the section should be adjusted for the specific case. For example, it could explain how it fits the applicant's job responsibilities; give a better overview of strengths and weaknesses, and suggest tailored training and development opportunities.
Part "How do your competencies fit into the Management Trainee role" does not really explain how the competencies fit the role, but rather just lists identified competencies. It would be better to have a list of "How do your competencies fit into ____" and allow the candidate to see how his competencies fit into each role. It would allow to better identify the best fit. Also, the description for this part is too generic. It would be more useful to actually explain how I can fit and use my competencies in this role by providing specific examples.
The part with filling purple bars is not the best representation of the competence level as it shows progress between two opposite concepts. For example, "Business agility" is between "Stability" and "Entrepreneurship" it would be better to put the point on the scale rather than filling the bar as it would give a better representation of the evaluation. In this case, it looks like preferring stability is inferior to entrepreneurship. While in reality, those are just characteristics.
The layout of the page could be better optimised and structured. Make it fit the browser window rather than the window in the window. It also bugs with two scrolling bars on the page (inbuild page scroll bar and safari or google chrome scroll bar), which just spoils the overall experience, though it is easy to fix.
The SEO seems to be not adjusted, as searches for "pera AI" or "pera" does not show the website among the top results which might hinder brand recognition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
