The PeopleBox team is really flexible regarding custom request. They work quickly and they solved all the requests we had so far. The system is easy to use and customer friendly. We can connect it with our HRM system to reach full data integration.

**What do you dislike about Peoplebox.ai?**

The riporting part could be updated and provide more charts and customisable data. The ppt report creation part needs also some improvement. In our case, we have too long questions so the riport doesn't appear properly.

We could cover all our performance review process and feedback rounds in the system.

**What do you like best about Peoplebox.ai?**

From a data perspective, especially for admins and superusers, it seems to be quite effective. The reporting is not perfect but the dashboard gives a great oversight of the usability of the system.

**What do you dislike about Peoplebox.ai?**

At times, the communication to participants looks like spam. It would be great if the communication would have a verified identifier, including a logo of the company, perhaps.

**What problems is Peoplebox.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are still working on the engagement part and roll-out and buy-in. So, I have to circle back to what problem it is solving as soon as I can. It definitely is a platform that can house many things and simple to use but would be great if it was integrated with a Google Drive and Google Analytics for example.

Creating goals is easy here. Peoplebox box covers everything to evaluate and provide valuable feedback to the team; It is like end to end people evaluation tool. And I really like the analytics on 1-1s, Progress graph, progress breakdown etc.

**What do you dislike about Peoplebox.ai?**

As a people manager, I see there is something missing in the workflow setup on the UI/UX for reviewing and providing feedback to the team. There is no way I can find out about the priority order of tasks to complete, like whether I should provide approved goals and then provide feedback or define goals first so that the team can start working on updating their progress (check-ins), etc. Also, in the “Talent Assessment " section and “Since last Check-in, my productivity was” under 1-1 section, the UI/UX is not that great. Even on bigger screens, it is bad. I recommend the Peoplebox team work towards improving so that it can become an out-of-the-box tool.

I have used many HRMSs throughout my career, and this is the first time I have come across a tool that has an easy-to-navigate UI/UX. My team and I do not need to wait for HR sessions to let us know how to navigate through different modules; it is very intuitively designed.
For me, the best feature is 1-on-1s, it's so easy to fill, submit and track these meetings.

1. Would like to have a mobile app to help me with check-ins when I don't have my laptop around
2. Goal settings page can be simplified further, type of goals, targets etc. can get slightly confusing in case of nested goals.

I’m using People Box for setting my OKRs and goals. It’s also the best way to receive and provide feedback with managers. The platform has a clean design and is much more efficient compared to the tedious process of using Google Docs. The tracking here is dynamic, in the sense, we are able to edit the work progress at any given time. Also, there can be mutual goals set upon the team / a group of people working on some particular project. Thus feature helps a ton to track the overall progress and keeps everyone in sync.

It doesn't allow to edit the goals once created. This needs to be changed.

2. Weekly commits for better tracking and visibility
3. Attach reports , comments etc. for better understanding
4. Tree like structure for better visibility of all goals

UI for updating key results and sub-key results for existing goals is not user friendly and takes time to understand

It is saving a lot of time. Tracking invidual team member is now easy. But I love setting goals according to the strength and weekness of each member. So it becomes easier to set correct objectives for each member.

Setting up goals especially the numbers side are a bit confusing. I would like a very simple way to setup than the one I have now. Sometimes I wont have any clue on what I should be doing.
