The way Peoplebox sync with Gmail also the colors and font make them more interesting. Remainders and notifications are too good. Peoplebox also allow me to tracker my performance

Nothing I can think about as of now. To me everything is good, not a flaw but the only suggestion is if am able to change my overview template that will be more comfortable

To be very honest, I don't dislike anything in Peoplebox. However, I do think they can have a better interface. so it is easier for a new person to navigate through the platform.

The goal-setting approach and pattern. The hierarchical goal setting and visibility is a nice feature.

It is trying to do a lot of things. It should have been a people management tool periodically instead of going at grain level management. Integrations to third-party tools etc. can also be added based on the requirements instead of a generic set of tools which ideally don't have any relevance w.r.t people management.

If you want an easy to use people management tool, you can go for it !

It is so easy to get started with and getting all the team members sync on the goals. The integration with tools like Slack helped tracking seamless across multiple teams.Also like the proactive customer support available to solve the queries quickly.

Sometimes goals created by individuals get added to the company goals rather than being added to departmnet goals. Some way of limiting access might help.

Having multiple sheets and docs to get the understanding of goals and OKRs was frustating given there are so many teams, departments with individual goals. Peoplebox helps in providing the complete picture with easy to consume interface.

The thing which I did not like was the power given to managers that they can cancel the peers from whom I am seeking a review this is so not done and very disappointing.

Roll down view where each department can have their OKR tied to company's OKR; this makes sure everyone is following the same aim. Also linking cross-team ownership for a particular OKR is an excellent feature.

Employees can create goals for the entire company, making it troublesome to re-arrange the goals. Each user should be given a department, and the goals they are adding should belong to that department only

We have been using PeopleBox to track OKR of our team members. We fix the Org level OKRs and then assign each department their OKRs to solve our fundamental problem. Every department can then add their activities and critical results to track the progress they have made.

The simple ,no nonsense approach. The fact that you can access it through slack ...it cannot get easier than that ! That's the best part and why it is easy to work with esp for a tech product company! Aside their simplicity ,the team. Phenomenal sense of ownership. If they say they will deliver on a smcertain date I don't have to ever second guess them! I've never felt so comfortable working with a third party team knowing that both in terms of quality and timeline they hit the ball out of the park:)

Actually even the gaps which ofcourse are  aspects you find as you start working on a tool is somerhing they address without any delay. Other than being forthcoming they are also forthright in what they can and can't. However the best part is if they see a business case they are very keen on making things happen! So downsides if any ,are addressed by either being  proactive or prompt in fixing them !

The dashboard setup looks great. Provides users with information on checkins and any action items with your own team, showcases goals at company and department level and provides a shortcut option to set up 1-on-1s an setup goals for your department or reportees.

Goals Tab

Clean, simple and easy to understand user interface. Provides the ability to the user to view the options available on the page. The left side gives a clear view of goals at a company, department and individual level, bringing in transparency.

Users can also review goals according to the review cycle they are currently in. This provides them the ability to review their performance or track progress of their/dept/company goals based upon the performance cycle. 

Explore Goals - A great feature to view and understand the goals of different employees across various functions and divisions at the company. This also helps employees to align their goals with the goals of the company

Company Goals - Gives information on the goals of the company to the employees.  

1-on-1 Meetings

Users have the ability to create 1-on-1 meetings with their reportees or any other employee within the company. Users can also sync their calendars to add events from their calendar. This can then be updated in their dashboard. E.g. A user would know that they have checked in with their respective peers/managers/reportees.

Home Tab

- It will be nice to see individual level goals of the user as well on the dashboard on the home page, thus, making it easier to do a quick review.

Goals Tab

- Ability to update company goals, even if the owner of the goals is somebody else. E.g. I can add 'Key Results' by accessing any of the company goals. Ideally, this shoul be allowed only to those individuals who are allocated company goals or are owners of those specific goals

- Review of individual goals

It would be nice to see text that indicates the serial number of my goals. For e.g. - Goals no 1 - Launch new business initiatives. 

While reviewing my individual goals, the option to upate activities is missing. Users should have the ability to state the key activities undertaken by them against each of the key results.

There should also be an option to provide anonymous feedback to any user/employee at the company, especially those in your team, including your manager.

The one thing that they can improve on is to have themselves integrated with other platforms. At the moment, they offer integration with slack but not with Zulip Chat.

The integration seems to be weak. It would get my team details wrong, or not display some important information; sometimes cancelled meetings would show up for months.

I think it is trying to be a one-stop solution for all team performance related problems. Punching in the goals, linking them to functional goals and tracking all 1:1s was amazing (albeit a little unintuitive and tricky). It helped have more structured regular 1:1s as well as performance conversations.
