**What do you like best about Peckish Stocktake?**

I like the incredible accuracy of Peckish Stocktake, especially for the bar at almost 99%. I just film my stock and do a voice-over for maximum accuracy, even for items like half-full bottles. I'm impressed by the hands-on and readily available customer support. The team's responsiveness during onboarding was surprising and helpful for me and my team, which includes working students, bar managers, and chefs. I also find it convenient that Peckish Stocktake works on my phone, allowing me to access inventory information even when I'm not near my computer.

**What do you dislike about Peckish Stocktake?**

I would say maybe they do a lot of updates so I need to update the app sometimes and the platform as well. But I would say that's not necessarily a bad thing because it means they're working on their product.

**What problems is Peckish Stocktake solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Peckish Stocktake to efficiently track inventory with speech updates, saving hours weekly and reducing errors. It integrates with my POS system for accurate analytics and insights, minimizing waste and optimizing orders by showing usage patterns, and connects easily with existing systems.
