"Flexible and Efficient, great for offsite devices"

What do you like best about PDQ?

What I like most about PDQ Connect is how flexible it is. It lets our team write scripts to cover functions that aren’t built in, which adds a lot of value for us. Scanning across all of our machines has been smooth, and I also like that I can use PowerShell to scan devices as well. The tier we chose includes built-in vulnerability management, and it can automatically remediate issues when patches are available. On top of that, the initial setup with PDQ Connect was very easy, which is a definite plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PDQ?

There is not a lot that we dislike our biggest issue right now is our security software will sometimes block deployment of their remote support package and it won’t catch up and try again for about an hour sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Remote Management, Needs Full RMM Features"
2.5/5
What do you like best about PDQ?

I like how PDQ Connect makes deploying updates or apps to a specific target super easy and intuitive. I find the feature for finding endpoints that meet certain criteria and saving them to a group for future use super helpful. The dynamic groups that stay up-to-date are especially useful. What do you dislike about PDQ?

It's missing some of the big features that a traditional RMM has, such as reporting, live monitoring, and policy management. For a similar price, you can get a much more full-featured product. I don't think I'd recommend it often just because it's lacking compared to a fully-fledged RMM tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
