What do you like best about PCRecruiter?

* Applicant tracking and searching by keyword removes the need for paper filing

* All-in-one solution for creating and monitoring open jobs. Easy to link candidates to jobs and keep track of what positions need filling

* The platform is highly versatile and can be used by different departments for different purposes. HR can use it for recruiting new candidates, Sales can use it as CRM to track new client engagements and the finance department can use it for payroll.

* The platform is straightforward and easy to use for both new and seasoned recruiters and has a strong focus on data security

* Has a seamless email integration which makes it easy to log emails in a centralized location and respond without the need to which to an email application

What do you dislike about PCRecruiter?

The main business problem that PCRecruiter helped us tackle is the ability to monitor and track the candidate through the recruitment journey, manage job openings and have better overall visibility on the entire recruitment pipeline in one centralized place. What do you like best about PCRecruiter?

The Consultant that I began speaking with educated me about the utilities of PC Recruiter. He was open, communicative and transparent; describing its capabilities and some of its shortcomings. From the Consultant, to the Trainer and uploading my existing database to PC Recruiter; all are conscientious, experienced and helpful. What do you dislike about PCRecruiter?

In the beginning not having videos for tutorials. Also, not having an agenda for training. I would prefer to know beforehand all of PC Recruiter's capabilities so that I wouldn't have to plan for what I will be trained on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"PCRecruiter is a Great Database Management System"

What do you like best about PCRecruiter?

My favorite feature of PCRecruiter is the ability to do a Rollup list with many different options. For instance, I can set a Zip Code Radius for my search, and then I can pull up people with only certain titles, and whose email addresses are in our database. Multiple search layers allow for the best results for my campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PCRecruiter?

One feature that I wish was a little easier to use was the Form Letter/Rollup/Email blast implementation. It seems a bit redundant that I must first go in to the "Form Letter" section to type out, create, and save a form letter to be used. Then I have to go back in to the Rollup menu in order to select my recipients before sending the email blast to the selected email addresses. I wish there was a simpler way to integrate the two functions together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

PCRecruiter does a wonderful job of helping me manage many different candidates, in many different areas, with many different titles. It is very easy to search through different companies, employees, or candidates. It is also very helpful to be able to keep job orders updated within PCRecruiter, and to update candidates throughout the process. PCRecruiter is a great tool for staying organized.
