The Consultant that I began speaking with educated me about the utilities of PC Recruiter. He was open, communicative and transparent; describing it's capabiliites and some of it's shortcoming. From the Consultant, to the Trainer and uploading my existing database to PC Recruiter; all are conscientious, experienced and helpful. What do you dislike about PCRecruiter? In the beginning not having videos for tutorials. Also, not having an agenda for training. My favorite feature of PCRecruiter is the ability to do a Rollup list with many different options. For instance, I can set a Zip Code Radius for my search, and then I can pull up people with only certain titles, and whose email addresses are in our database. Multiple search layers allow for the best results for my campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about PCRecruiter? One feature that I wish was a little easier to use was the Form Letter/Rollup/Email blast implementation. It seems a bit redundant that I must first go in to the "Form Letter" section to type out, create, and save a form letter to be used. Then I have to go back in to the Rollup menu in order to select my recipients before sending the email blast to the selected email addresses. It is very easy to search through different companies, employees, or candidates.
