Patient IQ (PIQ) is an incredible computer program that provides a wide array of research tools to allow any clinician to collect clinical outcomes data. PIQ enrolls patients into research pathways as well as providing educational videos and clinical documents. I have been able to create a paperless office for all my study patients as well as file all forms electronically including my database and consent forms. The software can be programmed to send out reminders to complete patient reported outcomes at scheduled time intervals.
