**What do you like best about Pathfinder?**

it has a simple chat interface to connect to customer support and I can easily sell my products online as it has an automated service for sending emails to multiple customers and it makes my work easier

**What do you dislike about Pathfinder?**

spreadsheet work is a little hectic need to focus on it

**What problems is Pathfinder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used it for business development to acquire new customers, to create promotions and recover the lost customers, etc.,
