**What do you like best about PartnerPortal?**

Simple and basic, not overly complex with a lot of things you don't need. Overall, it has all of the basic integration you would look for when trying to create and manage a partner/referral program. If you are like most companies using Hubspot etc, it will work well for what you are trying to accomplish.

**What do you dislike about PartnerPortal?**

Could have ability to add partners manually vs having partners required to sign up themselves. Aesthetic features like colours/images are somewhat hard to get right in my experience, however I am a basic use guy so things like that are of little importance to me and my small organization.

**Recommendations to others considering PartnerPortal:**

I would reach out to speak with them to see if it would be a good fit. The owner contacted me directly and offered me the white glove treatment to get setup, and I was very happy.

**What problems is PartnerPortal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am seeing ease of referral management vs manual way prior. If you have a number of different referral or partner channels to manage, I can definitely see how this would help you scale and manage with ease.

**What do you like best about PartnerPortal?**

The user experience and design is intuitive and simplicity in its utility.

**What do you dislike about PartnerPortal?**

Waiting for integrations ex. Pipedrive which apparently is coming soon in their product roadmap.

**Recommendations to others considering PartnerPortal:**

I would recommend contacting PartnerPortal support if you are switching from a current PRM, otherwise, I would utilize this if newly launching a partner program.

**What problems is PartnerPortal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We engage experts and influencers in vertical markets that can leverage our technology. We were seeking a simple and transparent partner relationship management tool to offer our promoter network as a way to respect their referrals and remunerate new business.

Salesforce integration allows us to transfer data and info from the PartnerPortal directly to our main web service.

**What do you dislike about PartnerPortal?**

Individual fields must be updated in order to spawn the newly input data. This can lead to information not being saved promptly.

Salesforce integration maximizes efficiency

PartnerPortal allows our company to accept applications from potential business partners. The applications on PartnerPortal consolidate all the info we require before accepting new partners.
