"Paperflite Streamlines Content Sharing and Tracking with Standout Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Paperflite?

Paperflite makes it much easier for our team to organize, share, and track sales and marketing content in a way that fits into our existing workflows. I especially like that it connects with tools our team already uses, like HubSpot and Slack, so reps can access and share content without constantly switching platforms. The engagement visibility is also really valuable because we can see how assets are being used and how prospects are interacting with them, which helps us make better decisions around follow-up, content performance, and future enablement.

Their support team has also been a standout part of the experience. Madhumita, our customer success manager, has been proactive, responsive, and thoughtful about helping us apply Paperflite to real initiatives like onboarding, sales enablement, loyalty program communications, content audits, and AI/search workflows. It feels less like a generic content platform and more like a tool that can evolve with how our team works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paperflite?

The only real inconvenience I’ve run into is that when an email sent through Paperflite is undeliverable, there isn’t an easy way to recover or resend the original message on my own. I have to reach out to support to have it resent, which adds an extra step.

That said, it has not been a major issue because the support team is very patient, responsive, and quick to help whenever it comes up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowers Mass Communication and Insightful Monitoring"
4/5
What do you like best about Paperflite?

I really enjoy using Paperflite because it's pretty simple and easy to utilize in my day-to-day correspondence with my customers and prospects. I particularly like the tool that allows me to monitor how the recipients of my emails are interacting with the text I've sent them, which informs how my future correspondence will transpire with each individual. The most significant feature for me is tracking when the email is opened and how often the recipient interacts with the text that was sent to them. I also appreciate the frequency with which I can communicate with each recipient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paperflite?

I would have appreciated the ability to reach an even larger mass of recipients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great content management tool"
5/5
What do you like best about Paperflite?

Paperflite makes sharing sales content with prospective customers super easy. You can organize shared files and also have the ability to upload your own collections. The system ensures you are always providing the most current version of a file, so you never need to question if you are sharing the most current document.

The option to create a curated collection of files instead of juggling scattered documents across folders and emails giving you the ability to share an active knowledge hub. This centralized collection makes it much easier to share complete sets of materials with others, making communication more streamlined.

Paperflite makes it easy to navigate and simplifies the sales process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paperflite?

Would love more options for how files display in a collection. I like things to display in an orderly fashion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Tool for Organizing and Sharing Sales & Marketing Content"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Paperflite?

Paperflite makes it easy to keep our sales and marketing materials organized, current, and simple for our team to share. I really appreciate having one central place for content, especially because it helps make sure our sales reps are using the most up-to-date assets instead of digging through old files or guessing which version is correct.

The tracking features are also incredibly helpful. Being able to see how prospects interact with shared content, including views and engagement, gives our team better insight for follow-up and helps make outreach more intentional.

I also like the ability to create personalized content streams. It makes the experience feel more tailored for the customer and gives shared materials a more polished, professional presentation.

Overall, Paperflite is a platform our team can use regularly without it feeling overly complicated. It supports day-to-day sharing, follow-up, and content management really well. Their customer support has also been great: responsive, helpful, and willing to walk through issues or best practices when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paperflite?

There is not much I truly dislike, but there are a few areas where I think the platform could be a little more flexible. Depending on the use case, customization can feel somewhat limited, especially when trying to match very specific branding needs or make content experiences feel fully tailored.

The interface is clean and user-friendly overall, but some of the more advanced features do take a little time and onboarding to fully understand. Once users get comfortable with the platform, though, it becomes much easier to see the value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Content Hub with Powerful Tracking and Personalized Buyer Experiences"
5/5
What do you like best about Paperflite?

What stands out most is how intuitive it is for organizing and distributing content across sales teams. It makes it easy to centralize marketing assets and ensure reps always use the most up-to-date materials. The tracking capabilities are also a strong advantage, you can see how prospects engage with shared content (views, time spent, interactions), which adds real value for follow-ups and prioritization.

Another highlight is the ability to create personalized content streams or microsites, which significantly improves the buyer experience and makes outreach feel more tailored.

From an operational standpoint, the platform is something that can be used on a daily basis without friction, whether for sharing content, tracking engagement, or preparing outreach, which increases adoption across teams. Customer support is also a strong point: responsive, helpful, and solution-oriented when it comes to resolving issues or guiding best practices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paperflite?

While the platform is powerful, customization can feel somewhat limited depending on use case, especially when trying to adapt content experiences to very specific branding or complex workflows. The UI, although clean, may require some onboarding for new users to fully leverage advanced features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Use Platform with a Handy Phone App for Customer Updates"
5/5
What do you like best about Paperflite?

I really enjoy the ease of use and phone app. It’s nice not having to login to my laptop to send information to customers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paperflite?

I truly don’t see one. While it’s the only platform of its kind I have ever used, I enjoy being able to access any literature I need in one place and being able to track if what I send is opened/shared. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Content Hub With Helpful Engagement Insights, but a Learning Curve"
3/5
What do you like best about Paperflite?

Paperflite is a great central repository for sales and marketing materials. As long as the responsible parties keep the content up to date, it serves its purpose very well.

It also includes a feature that lets the sender see how recipients interact with the content, which I’ve found incredibly helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paperflite?

It takes time to learn Paperflite; I haven't found any trainings particularly helpful. It's a matter of getting into the system and learning.

Paperflite does not have a sequencing tool, which would add immense value to the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Content Management with Ease"
5/5
What do you like best about Paperflite?

I find Paperflite really beneficial for content management. We have a lot of case studies, white papers, and customer references that we create and upload on Paperflite for the wider team to use. We have about 40 to 50,000 documents together, including marketing material and post videos, and all this content is managed on Paperflite. The wider teams can access it, and we can also share it with customers. I particularly like the ease of sharing, which is one of the best features, and the ability to send bulk emails after connecting the inbox, which helps me share a lot of content with customers effortlessly. The setup process was very easy, thanks to the dedicated account manager and technical person from their team who assisted with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paperflite?

I don't see areas for improvement at this point of time, but if there is a way to integrate our Salesforce CRM, that would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
