Currently I am in the free tier (silver), so usually support is very simple. I have a question, reply will be; Here is the support page! This is generally everywhere and also with Pantheon, however all understandable due being in a free tier.

However, most of the time with Pantheon, I have a feeling they actually look at the issue, in my case mostly technical, and give me the relevant pages and a possible solution how you might fix it. Limited support due my free tier, but their information they give is something that I can work it. That for me is important, due I have problems to fix.

Technical documentation is sometimes hard to find or not pointing to relevant information (very short documentation), maybe the administrative documentation is based on an older dashboard? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
