How do you use Pantheon's Quicksilver hooks?
We're starting to review ways that Quicksilver hooks might be helpful for us, and we're curious how other users have implemented them.
Any chance of allowing a Backup (on any Environment) to be easily used to spin up a MultiDev instance? It would be SO AWESOME to click a button and resurrect a 3day old backup on a new Environment and log into it and look around. :-)

Is Pantheon considering offering price tiers for nonprofit/education organizations?
The new price tiers are quickly putting pressure on our organization to move off Pantheon. I'd like to keep using Pantheon and I'm curious if you are considering making a special price tier (perhaps with less bells and whistles) that would allow nonprofits like us to continue using Pantheon.

I just saw "Drush Aliases" how is it work?
I suppose the idea is use drush on Panthen Site from my local, but I don't know if a need install a different terminal, or install a package to connect it.
