What do you like best about PandaDoc API?

As the founder of a growing eCommerce brand, I really appreciate how intuitive and straightforward the PandaDoc API is to use. It’s developer-friendly, well-documented, and integrates seamlessly into our workflow without unnecessary complexity. The generous free tier is also a huge advantage for startups like ours, allowing us to build and test automations confidently before scaling. What do you dislike about PandaDoc API?

While I appreciate the value offered in the free tier, I do wish there were a few more integrations available beyond Google Workspace. Having access to additional connectors; even if limited; would make it easier for small teams to fully explore the platform’s capabilities before upgrading. What do you like best about PandaDoc API?

I use PandaDoc to send customers' contracts to sign. It makes it easier to have customers review and sign the order documents I need versus sending them PDFs and requiring them to print, sign, and either scan and email them back or send back in US mail. What do you dislike about PandaDoc API?

The biggest problem I have with PandaDoc is that there's no one to actually talk to, ever. There's no one to talk to about features, which is a big problem. The occasional webinars they have for new features are terrible and come across as a 'dog and pony show.' The presenters seem much more focused on their performance (theatrics...praising each other, etc.) than providing substantive information. Aside from the webinars, in using the service, when there are issues, there's no one to speak to, which is extremely frustrating, especially concerning billing and understanding why my account renewed a certain way. The plans constantly change and we customers are left without anyone to speak to, just adding to the frustration and overall confusion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
