A lot of platforms like this promise you the world, but I appreciate how Paige keeps it real. You can see the difference month to month, and it’s genuinely easy to use. I’ve personally seen improvements in my rankings, and for the price—especially compared to others out there—it feels very reasonable for the number of features included. If you run into any issues or have questions, the team is also quick to reply. I also really like how easy it is to train Paige to match your brand’s voice; it’s one of my favorite features. On top of that, the Google Business pages integration makes posting, replying to reviews, and asking previous customers for reviews super simple. The only thing I wish it could do—since it doesn’t already—is track marketing ROI for campaigns like Google Ads or Facebook ads. That would be really handy. It helps me stay on top of the major, time-sucking tasks so I can keep up with being relevant and active, which is what rankings really look at. Before Paige, I would either completely forget to make posts for a period of time, or I would spend hours creating these posts and schedule them out for a couple weeks, only to forget to do it again... So, to be able to be reminded to approve pre-made posts and to be able to approve them for a week or two at a time is invaluable and frees up more time to focus on the business. I really like that Paige creates posts on our behalf, which is super convenient since we have to frequently come up with new content. Sometimes writing content is challenging, especially with images, but Paige makes it easy by allowing me to upload images or generating AI images automatically. Editing or tweaking the posts is super simple too—just a button press and a few changes, and it's done. I also appreciate the automatic pulling of keywords from our website, which saves us the hassle of integrating AI manually. It effortlessly pulls in service-related keywords, making relevant content creation much easier. Plus, the initial setup of Paige was super easy, helping me define the radius and pulling existing keywords and services, simplifying the whole setup process. The optimization score says low for us and there's a lot of things on there that it recommends that we do that we just can't do. If we don't have YouTube, it gives us a low score because we haven't tied our YouTube to it. So that makes us look kind of bad within Paige, at least. It would be nice if we could have a way to toggle those off, like if we don't use YouTube, but we don't use Instagram or we don't use a certain thing, so that it doesn't count against us in our optimization score. What I find most helpful about Paige is how clearly it turns Google Business Profile optimisation and reviews into a simple, repeatable system. Instead of guessing what to fix or manually auditing listings, I like that Paige shows exactly where a business is leaving visibility and trust on the table. And then makes it easy to act on it. It saves time while still producing results clients actually care about: better local visibility, more reviews, and more inbound enquiries. What problems is Paige solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows me to keep up with the optimum amount of times that Google is looking for and it updates itself without my intervention. It sends reminders to my clients to provide the images and videos that are needed to keep their pages freshly updated. I think the best thing is that answers reviews. Most small business owners don't have the time to answer reviews personally, which is an important activity when trying to keep your reputation and rapport up with customers.
