What I like best about Paige is how effective and easy it is to use while still delivering real, measurable results. Since June 2024, the platform has helped push our highly competitive telecom and IT business into the #1 and #2 positions on Google and AI-driven search results. The interface is straightforward, implementation was quick, and we were able to start seeing traction almost immediately. On top of that, Justin and his team provide exceptional support—responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in our success. There is not much to dislike overall. If anything, I would like to see continued expansion of advanced customization and reporting features as the platform grows. I really like that Paige creates posts on our behalf, which is super convenient since we have to frequently come up with new content. Sometimes writing content is challenging, especially with images, but Paige makes it easy by allowing me to upload images or generating AI images automatically. Editing or tweaking the posts is super simple too—just a button press and a few changes, and it's done. I also appreciate the automatic pulling of keywords from our website, which saves us the hassle of integrating AI manually. It effortlessly pulls in service-related keywords, making relevant content creation much easier. Plus, the initial setup of Paige was super easy, helping me define the radius and pulling existing keywords and services, simplifying the whole setup process. The optimization score says low for us and there's a lot of things on there that it recommends that we do that we just can't do. If we don't have YouTube, it gives us a low score because we haven't tied our YouTube to it. So that makes us look kind of bad within Paige, at least. It would be nice if we could have a way to toggle those off, like if we don't use YouTube, but we don't use Instagram or we don't use a certain thing, so that it doesn't count against us in our optimization score. I find Paige incredibly helpful for getting my clients to rank better on Google Business. It has made it super easy with its awesome AI features and automation. I’d love to see a volume discount for managing multiple locations. I have 8 Google Business Profiles, and paying $100 each adds up quickly. A tiered pricing model would make this much more affordable for agencies or multi-location owners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like how easy it is to onboard new clients with Paige. It's also great how quickly we can see growth. Paige does a lot of work in the background with automations, which is super helpful. I like to see how much improvement my clients see with their map ranking. I also like that the content is getting created and posted automatically and connected to the company's socials. What I find most helpful about Paige is how clearly it turns Google Business Profile optimisation and reviews into a simple, repeatable system.

Instead of guessing what to fix or manually auditing listings, I like that Paige shows exactly where a business is leaving visibility and trust on the table. And then makes it easy to act on it.

It saves time while still producing results clients actually care about: better local visibility, more reviews, and more inbound enquiries.
