The web UI is one of PagerTree’s strongest features. It’s clean, intuitive, and thoughtfully designed. Even advanced configuration is easy to navigate, and the platform provides extremely helpful logs that make it simple to troubleshoot integrations and routing behavior. The flexibility and extensibility are also impressive — there are multiple well-positioned layers where you can optionally introduce advanced, arbitrary handling configurations using YAML. Additionally, the documentation is excellent and conveniently linked inline within the relevant configuration wizards, making it easy to find guidance exactly when you need it. PagerTree’s Microsoft Teams integration is fairly basic, limited to posting alerts to channels without interactive features like acknowledgments. Given how strong and fully featured PagerTree’s Slack integration is, it would be great to see the Teams integration enhanced to offer a similar level of functionality.
