
I like that Outbuild unifies all of the schedules into one location, which makes finding information very quick, efficient, and simple. The executive dashboard is also great because it lets me see that my teams are actively updating their schedules. I manage 10 to 20 projects at a high level, and this feature helps me keep track of everything. The color-coded bars on the dashboard are useful, too—if it's blue, it means a project is on track, and if it's red, it's behind. There's a lot of features in Outbuild, so it can be overwhelming to the user. It took a little bit of time to get used to Outbuild because it had so many features to learn about.
