It is a one stop shop for all your scheduling needs. The master schedule, look ahead and weekly work plan all talk to each other, so it makes updating and publishing schedules easy. The analytics page is great to see who is doing strong on the project and who is struggling. This makes conversation with your trade partners easy to get reward them or interject if someone needs help meeting schedule expectations. The roadblocks function is useful took within your look ahead schedule to track and manage constraints to keep your project flowing. Would recommend this to anyone looking to streamline their scheduling needs. **What do you dislike about Outbuild?** Wish there was a better delay tracking. However, the Outbuild team is always willing to help and take your feedback seriously to better their product **What problems is Outbuild solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking master, look ahead and weekly work plan in one format saves time in scheduling and is more accurate. The executive dashboard is also great because it lets me see that my teams are actively updating their schedules. I manage 10 to 20 projects at a high level, and this feature helps me keep track of everything. The color-coded bars on the dashboard are useful, too—if it's blue, it means a project is on track, and if it's red, it's behind. This visual cue helps me see at a glance if the schedules need to be updated more frequently. **What do you dislike about Outbuild?** There's a lot of features in Outbuild, so it can be overwhelming to the user. It took a little bit of time to get used to Outbuild because it had so many features to learn about. It was a little bit overwhelming, so it took me about six months of using the program to get comfortable with it and see its value. **What problems is Outbuild solving and how is that benefiting you?** Outbuild provides a single location to access project schedules across regions, streamlining workflows for managing 10-20 projects. The unified dashboard simplifies finding information quickly and efficiently, helping me track if teams update schedules. It structures company schedules similarly. It also allows digital pull planning, similar to how we used to do it on the whiteboard, but within the look-ahead module that is instantly integrated with the Master Schedule. ### 4. The ability to integrate with Procore is extremely helpful with submittals and RFIs. I appreciate its ease of use with scheduling, especially with managing predecessors, successors, and constraints. The overall program view that allows me to see how multiple projects are operating at once is also a great feature. It's a real time saver. The setup was very easy thanks to Outbuild's onboarding team, who were helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to access. I rated it a 10 out of 10 and even recommended it to my current company. **What do you dislike about Outbuild?** Expansion of the app for iPad.
