**What do you like best about OTYS Recruitment?**

The parsing feature on Otys is very good and the organisation and dashboard is nice.

**What do you dislike about OTYS Recruitment?**

The default settings are to the Netherlands,   feel that default should be for whatever country the user is based

**What problems is OTYS Recruitment solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creation of a candidate database,   recruitment tracking

**What do you like best about OTYS Recruitment?**

Once upon a time they tried to be a good all-in solution. 

**What do you dislike about OTYS Recruitment?**

Unfortunately now they're mediocre at everything and still refuse to integrate with other tools that are leading in their field. For example: They have their own email client, and don't properly integrate with the Google Suite or Outlook. They have their own newsletter application, but the newsletters don't provide detailed information on who opened it and clicked through, and don't work properly on mobile either. And the list goes on...

**Recommendations to others considering OTYS Recruitment:**

Avoid at all costs! Their all in philosophy combined with their refusal to integrate with other tools create a massive vendor lock-in which will make you regret ever signing up with them as you run into endless issues and their F*ck-you attitude towards their clients.

**What problems is OTYS Recruitment solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has a good database to store candidates and attach properties to them.
