There is honestly nothing I like about Osum. The service is disappointing, support is unhelpful, and the no-refund policy is completely unfair. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was charged €139.19 by Osum even though I haven’t used the service at all. I didn’t receive any reminder before the trial ended, and now they refuse to issue a refund.

When I contacted support, they just sent me a generic message saying that their policy doesn’t allow refunds. No understanding, no flexibility, no respect for customers.

This is a classic trap: offer a trial, don’t notify users before charging, and then hide behind a no-refund policy. This is not how you build trust. It’s manipulative and dishonest.
