## About OpusDocs
OpusDocs is an AI-powered document generation platform for enterprises with complex documents and high-volume automation needs. It combines business-managed templates, Salesforce integration, and a scalable generation engine to turn CRM data into finished documents—without making IT responsible for every template change. Legal, sales operations, and business teams can author and maintain templates directly in Microsoft Word. AI recommends CRM merge fields, turns plain-language instructions into conditional content, and flags potential template issues before publication. Authors can add eSignature tags and preview finished documents with real Salesforce data, all within the editor. OpusDocs handles the complexity behind enterprise documents: nested conditional clauses, repeating tables, multiple languages, extensive exhibits, and documents running to hundreds of pages. Teams can manage that complexity in a consolidated template rather than maintaining fragmented files and custom code. The Salesforce integration works with standard objects, custom objects, and related records. Customers define their orchestration rules and trigger generation through Salesforce actions, automated workflows, scheduled batches, or APIs. Templates and generated documents can remain in customer-managed cloud storage, keeping document links and business context connected to CRM. Built for concurrent processing, the OpusDocs generation engine scales independently of Salesforce to support interactive requests and large automated runs. It supports throughput of up to 10,000 documents per minute, with average generation times of 1.1 seconds.\* For organizations evaluating an alternative to legacy document generation products, OpusDocs brings together enterprise document complexity, high-volume performance, and template management owned by the business. Migration support helps teams simplify existing templates and move established workflows onto the platform.

  ### 1. Self-Service Document Creation Made Simple for Business Users

**What do you like best about OpusDocs?**

The user interface is highly intuitive, so business users can work with it confidently without any technical knowledge of the underlying document generation or e-signature tools. The preview feature is especially valuable: it lets users catch errors before documents reach the customer, reducing back-and-forth corrections and improving both accuracy and efficiency. The ability to select available fields or create dynamic values is another standout. It pulls accurate information directly from the source system, so users don't need to understand the underlying metadata or data model, and it eliminates error-prone manual copy-and-paste. The bring-your-own-document feature is also a big advantage. Business users can upload their own documents or templates and easily update them, including adding signature tags, whenever regulations change or we introduce or modify products.

**What do you dislike about OpusDocs?**

There's nothing in particular I dislike about it. So far, it has been extremely helpful for our business users.

**What problems is OpusDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OpusDocs removes our business users' dependence on technical teams for document work. Previously, creating or updating customer documents meant waiting on developers or specialists who understood the document generation and e-signature tools, manually gathering data from our source system, and correcting mistakes after customers pointed them out. That slowed us down and left room for inconsistent or inaccurate information. Now the people closest to the business own the entire process. They build documents using data pulled directly from the source system, confirm everything in a preview before it goes out, and send it for signature, all without technical help. When regulations change or we launch or update a product, they simply upload the revised document or template, add signature tags, and are ready to go, instead of waiting for a development cycle. The result is faster response to regulatory and product changes, fewer errors reaching customers, a smoother signing experience, and more time for our technical teams to focus on higher-value work.

**What do you like best about OpusDocs?**

We've been using OpusDocs for enterprise document generation, and our experience has been exceptional. OpusDocs dynamically assembles the right sections, evaluates the appropriate clauses and business rules, pulls the necessary CRM data, and generates final documents essentially in real time, even for our largest and most complicated documents. I appreciate that it handles our contractual complexity and tremendous number of variables and dependencies without forcing us to simplify our business requirements, while remaining extremely fast and reliable. It scales with the company and removes friction from the sales transaction. OpusDocs integrates with Salesforce, our custom-built pricing engine, and AWS through Lambdas. The migration of our contract and document ecosystem was completed within the first three months; their team was extremely professional and fully hands-on. There have been no outages since we implemented it a year and a half ago. It is a mature tool, and it is a 10 out of 10 for me.

**What do you dislike about OpusDocs?**

N/A

**What problems is OpusDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It can generate complex 100- or 200-page documents from CRM data and hundreds of product, customer, geography, business-rule, and clause permutations in essentially real time, rather than having salespeople and customers wait 30 seconds or longer for documents to render.
