"Intelligent File Sharing with Deep Analytics"
What do you like best about CloudFiles?

The best part is the powerful analytics; you're not just sharing a file, you're getting insight. I love that I can see exactly who viewed my document, how long they spent on each page, and then use that data for a smarter follow-up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudFiles?

For simple, one-off file sharing, it can feel like a bit of overkill. The interface has so many features that there's a definite learning curve compared to just dropping a link from Google Drive or Dropbox, which can slow you down initially. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The setup process is another aspect I enjoy; it's quite simple and does not take much time, requiring just a few minutes and clicks to be ready for use. This straightforwardness enhances my overall experience with the service, making it a go-to solution for my file storage needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudFiles?

I notice that there can be lagging time when there are many files stored on CloudFiles. Additionally, the organization and categorization of files could be improved for better management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very helpful solution"
What do you like best about CloudFiles?

Sometimes, we need to send large files, so having a link or a secure place to store them is extremely useful. Since these files are sensitive, it's important for me to use a platform I can trust to ensure they remain compliant and protected. I also appreciate that the platform is very user-friendly, making it easy to keep track of where all my files are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudFiles?

Sometimes, downloading can be rather slow, and uploading files also takes a considerable amount of time. Additionally, when I extract the files to my laptop, I occasionally encounter issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
