"Free, secure, and easy to use"
What do you like best about CloudFiles?

I find CloudFiles better than other cloud apps and its user interface is also very good. It is free and easy to use. Once a document or file is uploaded, all documents can be easily retrieved by logging into any other device. It is safe and its privacy policy is also good. I do not trust other cloud services, but I trust CloudFiles. Additionally, the setup process was very easy, although the password needs to be made a bit stronger. What do you dislike about CloudFiles?

If customer support provides an instant solution quickly, it would be much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revolutionized HR Automation with Advanced Flow Features"
What do you like best about CloudFiles?

I use CloudFiles for automation and document management, and I love how it can easily identify document types, extract relevant fields, and automatically update employee profiles. It's like having a digital assistant that never gets tired of paperwork. The Flow automation and documenting AI are cool features that really increase our efficiency. We end up saving hours, which we can then spend on high-value work like talent development and resolving complex employee issues. It's really the wow factor for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudFiles?

It's flexible but comes with complexity. The issue is setting up advanced flows to trigger document actions; it is not always intuitive for all especially for non tech employees. We wish for more pre-built HR templates, so there's no need to build logic from scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortlessly Organizes and Automates, But Setup is Time-Consuming"
What do you like best about CloudFiles?

I use CloudFiles for easy document organization, automation for repetitive tasks, quickly generating documents, and tracking file engagement. It helps by arranging files in one organized system connected to each client or deal, automating most of the work I previously had to do manually, and allowing me to see engagements, so I know if files have been opened. I like that it makes my work feel lighter and more organized without me trying too hard. Everything is in one place, the automation actually helps, and document generation is super quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudFiles?

Some things need to be improved like the initial setup takes a lot of time, there's a learning curve for advanced features, and I wish for a slightly faster experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Cross-Device Accessibility with CloudFiles"
What do you like best about CloudFiles?

I use CloudFiles to keep my work files backed up and accessible anywhere, which is crucial for me as someone who works remotely. I love the cross-device accessibility that CloudFiles offers because I can switch between my laptop and phone without losing track of anything. The clean and intuitive interface is another big plus; it's simple, uncluttered, and makes it easy to upload, organize, and share documents without any learning curve. The initial setup was also easy and only took a few minutes. Together, these features make CloudFiles feel effortless to use and genuinely supportive of my daily workflow. What do you dislike about CloudFiles?

Some features could be more customizable. Custom tags would let me group files across different folders, which is great for multi-step projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Secure File Management Solution"
What do you like best about CloudFiles?

I like that I can have all my documents collected in one area, and I can also collect documents from clients securely. They are automatically transferred to my chosen cloud storage. It's valuable because it's kind of an all-in-one solution where I can migrate files and folders across different cloud providers. It benefits my workflow because I frequently work on different projects from home, tablets, or wherever I'm at, and I can just save it to whichever cloud I'm connected to. When working with clients who might use different clouds, I can move files and folders to different clouds if everything is connected to CloudFiles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudFiles?

I feel like the CRM integration could be a little smoother, especially with HubSpot and Salesforce. I've had troubles linking with Salesforce. It was hard finding out how to connect it originally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Reliable Cloud Storage with Room to Grow"
What do you like best about CloudFiles?

I use CloudFiles to securely store, organize, and share files in the cloud, keeping my data always accessible from anywhere. It helps me keep important documents backed up, collaborate easily with others, and avoid the risk of losing files from local storage in a simple, reliable way. What I like most about CloudFiles is its simplicity and reliability—it makes storing, accessing, and sharing files easy while keeping everything secure and available from anywhere. The initial setup was very easy—quick to sign up, intuitive to configure, and I was able to start uploading and organizing files right away without any trouble. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure Document Sharing with Room for Improvement"
What do you like best about CloudFiles?

I really like the secure sharing feature of CloudFiles. It's so valuable to be able to track who viewed the files, when, how many times, and even who downloaded them. It makes organizing and managing my shared documents a lot easier and more efficient. The fact that it requires everyone to verify and log in with their email address adds an extra layer of security that I appreciate. Additionally, the ability to disable downloads and restrict access to certain emails makes it a very organized shared system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudFiles?

I find the limited free storage space a bit of a downside. The service can feel very complex when you try to use it for the first time; it's not very user-friendly initially. Also, the upload speed is quite slow. It should allow files to upload in the background and automatically resume if it fails. Sometimes, you even have to wait until the end for the service to inform you that the file size was incorrect. It would be better if they could analyze the file size from the beginning.
