"Simple and Reliable File Storage for Everyday Work"
What do you like best about CloudFiles?

I use CloudFiles mainly to store and share design files with my team, and it has been very reliable so far. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, even for someone using it for the first time. Uploading and organizing files is straightforward, and I like how quickly I can access my documents from anywhere.

One feature I find especially useful is external file sharing. It allows me to send files to colleagues or clients without worrying about broken links or access issues. The setup process was also very simple, so I was able to start using it without any complications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudFiles?

One thing I noticed is that it can be a bit difficult to find detailed support or guidance when you have specific questions. It would be helpful if there were more tutorials or faster customer support options available for users who need assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless File Management, Needs UI Tweaks"
What do you like best about CloudFiles?

I mainly use CloudFiles to store and share files securely with my team, which helps keep everything organized and makes collaboration smoother. I love how simple and reliable it feels in day-to-day use. Uploading, accessing, and sharing files is quick, and I don’t have to worry about whether everything is up to date or secure. I also appreciate how smoothly it integrates with other tools I use, saving time switching between apps. Its performance is consistent, and it handles large files without slowing things down, which makes a big difference in daily work. The setup was easy and didn’t take much time, with clear steps, allowing us to start uploading and sharing files almost right away. We switched from another tool because it was slower and harder to manage files, whereas CloudFiles felt easier to use, and sharing files with the team became much quicker and smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudFiles?

Sometimes the interface can feel a bit cluttered, especially when managing a lot of files at once. It would also be great to have more advanced search and filtering options to find things faster. The interface could be simpler and less crowded so it's easier to find things quickly. Grouping similar options together and allowing some basics customization would help. Better search and filters like by date and file type, and fewer clicks for common tasks would make it faster and more user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use CloudFiles for sharing documents, especially for my businesses, as it helps in organizing and securing important files. I like that it makes sure no one can retrieve or access them without permission, and it makes them easier to view. I find it to be a powerful and efficient tool, providing a simple and low-cost solution. I also appreciate how it offers a bright view of what's going on through its analytic tracking, allowing for creativity. Setting it up was very simple and self-explanatory; even a child could understand it. Overall, it works really well for me, with no significant issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Free, secure, and easy to use"
What do you like best about CloudFiles?

I find CloudFiles better than other cloud apps and its user interface is also very good. It is free and easy to use. Once a document or file is uploaded, all documents can be easily retrieved by logging into any other device. It is safe and its privacy policy is also good. I do not trust other cloud services, but I trust CloudFiles. Additionally, the setup process was very easy, although the password needs to be made a bit stronger. What do you dislike about CloudFiles?

If customer support provides an instant solution quickly, it would be much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Accessibility with Minor Sync Hiccups"
What do you like best about CloudFiles?

I like the easy access from anywhere with CloudFiles, which ensures my files are always available across devices even when I'm on the move. The smooth file synchronization is also a big plus, as it automatically keeps my files up to date across all my devices. This feature ensures that I always work on the latest version, benefiting my workflow. Additionally, I appreciate the ease of use from any device, the data backup capability, and that the initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudFiles?

Rarely the sync can be slow especially with larger files or poor internet connectivity. It can be improved with faster and more reliable syncing, especially for larger files and low bandwidth network. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure Auto-Save Eases Anxiety, Speed Needs Improvement"
What do you like best about CloudFiles?

I use CloudFiles for my work as a case manager, and it's great for sharing and syncing files safely, especially considering HIPAA regulations. I appreciate the privacy and easy accessibility it provides in a secure manner, and it ensures that everything is saved and backed up accordingly. I really like that I don't have to manually save things, which eases a lot of my anxiety. The auto-save feature is particularly valuable for me because it ensures that all information is up to date and accurate, allowing me to track changes. It gives me peace of mind knowing that even if my computer shuts off, my work is saved and client data is secure. The initial setup of CloudFiles was surprisingly easy, and I learned it faster than most other servers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudFiles?

Perhaps the speed, when I am using it at home vs at the office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great All-in-One Cloud Storage Integration, but Reliant on Third-Party Services"
What do you like best about CloudFiles?

The best part I like about Cloudfiles is its all-in-one mode for cloud-based storage integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudFiles?

It’s difficult to integrate with a CRM the first time. It depends on third-party platforms for storage support and doesn’t have its own. It’s also costly, which is why small business owners can’t afford it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable File Management with Minor Search Limitations"
What do you like best about CloudFiles?

I use CloudFiles primarily as a secure and reliable platform for storing, organizing, and sharing files across teams. I like that it helps streamline document management by providing easy access to important files from anywhere. I really like its reliability and performance—uploads and downloads are generally fast. The standout features for me are its easy-to-use interface, which is clean and intuitive, so uploading, organizing, and finding files takes very little effort. The initial setup of CloudFiles was as easy and great to learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One area is advanced search and filtering - it can be limiting when trying to locate specific files. When I search for a keyword, the search results are not granular enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure and Reliable, but Pricey Storage"
What do you like best about CloudFiles?

I use CloudFiles to save files and pictures, and I appreciate how it keeps my files safe and secure for a long time. It's especially beneficial for iPhone users like me as it's easy to use on my iPhone. I also find it hard to lose files with CloudFiles because they are kept safe according to the date I save them, which gives me peace of mind. If someone asks, I would recommend CloudFiles because it is safe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudFiles?

I have low space and highly cost to put storage for currency of my country Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick, Straightforward File Sharing with a Clean, Hassle-Free Setup"
What do you like best about CloudFiles?

The best thing about this platform is that it is very quick and straightforward. We can upload files and also create and share links in an instant with ease. Their interface is very clean and does the work of sharing the file easily. Their initial setup is also hassle-free, which is a good thing compared to the other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudFiles?

Their platform sometimes feels quite minimal, though it's simple, but this platform lacks some advanced features, like team collaboration, file versioning, and some deeper integrations as well. For mid-size and larger teams, their workflow structure feels a bit limited as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
