Opus manages to be user friendly while meeting my businesses requirements for quality assurance, project tracking and finance. I find the platform intuitive and appreciate that the health of my business is visible from the homepage without needing to rummage through sections, sub-sections and filters. The AI tools make booking in projects as simple as uploading a fee/quote or even an email, this eliminates a lot of wasted time. **What do you dislike about Opus Management Platform?** About the only thing I'd tweak is making current-month performance a little easier to see at a glance. A minor point that does nothing to diminish how much value Opus adds to running my business **What problems is Opus Management Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used to waste a lot of time entering project details into project tracking software, only to have to enter all of that information again into reports and fee proposals. With the integrated AI tools I can enter the info once into the fee proposal and then drag the fee proposal into Opus and it will automatically create the project. This has saved me a lot of time and the data has been entered correctly every time. The integration with XERO again saves time by not having to switch back and forth between XERO and Opus to create and track invoices. ### 2.
