I have switched back and forth between many business management platforms, never finding one that was fit for purpose. Opus manages to be user friendly while meeting my businesses requirements for quality assurance, project tracking and finance. I find the platform intuitive and appreciate that the health of my business is visible from the homepage without needing to rummage through sections, sub-sections and filters. The AI tools make booking in projects as simple as uploading a fee/quote or even an email, this eliminates a lot of wasted time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
About the only thing I'd tweak is making current-month performance a little easier to see at a glance. A minor point that does nothing to diminish how much value Opus adds to running my business Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
