OpenWidget is a free website widget plugin allowing you to boost your customer engagement and build consistent customer journeys with the use of essential tools available for you out of the box: - Contact Card, giving your customers the option to leave you a message that will be sent straight to your email; - FAQ module, providing them with instant answers to all of the common questions; - Product Cards displaying all of your latest deals or hot drops. All of the above features are available for free, and with the AI-enhanced product onboarding and configuration, you can save both the time and effort that you would normally spend on configuring ecommerce software. The time that you can then use to focus on improving your customer service and closing more sales.

**What do you like best about OpenWidget?**

OpenWidget helps provide great customer support inside your web application. I like their forms - feedback form and bug report. I implemented them and integrated with my app using JavaScript API.

**What do you dislike about OpenWidget?**

reports and metrics are not yet available, you need to use the JavaScript API to send the events yourself to e.g. Google Analytics

**What problems is OpenWidget solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OpenWidget allowed me to organize customer support in my web application. The tool is very simple to configure. My users are more willing and more likely to contact me.

**What do you like best about OpenWidget?**

Free tools for e-commerce: product recommendations, visitors counter and product cards to promote special offers. Plug and play: you install on the website and then select the features you need. No complicated configuration required.

**What do you dislike about OpenWidget?**

no support for languages other than English

**What problems is OpenWidget solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OpenWidget increased revenue from my website. Customers are informed about special offers and automatically suggest similar products.
