**What do you like best about OpenTalent?**

The onboarding features and path/trail is quite helpful, especially for non-HR folks.

**What do you dislike about OpenTalent?**

Not much, it is very user friendly. Interface isn't very unique, but doesn't affect performance.

**What problems is OpenTalent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kepping all of the players within the hiring process informed had been a problem. This interface and messaging amongst users has been wonerful.
