**What do you like best about Social Point?**

Social Pinpoint is always trying new technologies when it comes to online engagement. It feels like every few months there is an update.

**What do you dislike about Social Point?**

Our team switched to the new version and there is a lot to love about it, but I feel like there are a few features from Social Pinpoint Classic they need to get onto the new platform.

**What problems is Social Point solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cities and other government groups need online platforms that are safe, attractive, and user friendly. Social Pinpoint is out go-to for this service.
