OPALS is an easy to use system that is very responsive to its users. The company is focused on continually improving its product in order to best serve the needs of its end-users.

**What do you dislike about OPALS?**

Sometimes OPALS can time out when running reports.

OPALS has allowed our library to customize our catalog, and provide the exact kinds of information that is most helpful to our patrons.
