**What do you like best about OnRaven?**

I can manage my client portfolio quickly and intelligently, since I can forget a little about the work of responding and let the AI intelligently respond with knowledge of my business. It is also very easy to interrupt the intelligent conversation whenever I want and chat personally.

**What do you dislike about OnRaven?**

It’s a new app, so sometimes it worries me, but seeing how OnRaven is expanding gives me confidence.

**What problems is OnRaven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OnRaven is solving one of the biggest problems I had in my business: managing conversations with customers across many different platforms. Before using it, I had to constantly switch between WhatsApp, Instagram to respond to customers, which was time-consuming and easy to miss messages. With OnRaven, all those conversations are centralized in one unified inbox, so I can manage everything from one place.

Another big benefit is automation. OnRaven lets me create bots and AI assistants that automatically answer common questions, qualify leads, and guide customers before I even get involved. This saves me a lot of time and ensures customers get quick responses 24/7

**What do you like best about OnRaven?**

I really like OnRaven because it added ChatGPT and my own GPTs, which helps answer client questions about our selling process. It's easy to use since it allows us to do this without programming, just by connecting platforms. The initial setup was very easy, which I appreciate.
