## Onpipeline Reviews
 ### 1. Onpipeline Made Deal Tracking Effortless with an Intuitive Pipeline View

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jakub Z. | Chief Marketing Officer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Onpipeline?**

Before switching, our team was juggling spreadsheets, email threads, and sticky notes to keep track of deals, and things regularly slipped through the cracks. Onpipeline changed that almost immediately. Within the first week, people were using it every day, and it took barely any training to get everyone comfortable. The pipeline view makes it clear at a glance which deals are stalling and which ones need attention. We’ve also started relying on the automation for recurring tasks, and it quietly saves us time each week without us even having to think about it.

**What do you dislike about Onpipeline?**

Getting the pipeline stages and templates configured exactly the way we wanted took a bit of upfront effort. It felt like a one-time setup cost, but it’s worth being aware of before you get started.

**What problems is Onpipeline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s given us a single shared source of truth instead of scattered notes and overflowing inboxes. Follow-ups now happen on time, and the whole team can clearly see where deals stand without having to ask around or chase updates.

 ### 2. From sales quote to invoice

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Austin C. | Agency Owner, Insurance, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Onpipeline?**

The sales process is simple and well connected. We can manage an opportunity, prepare a sales quote and turn it into an invoice in just one click, without entering the same information again. The CRM was also easy to introduce to the team. Unlike other systems we tried, it does not feel overloaded with menus and settings, so people actually use it consistently.

**What do you dislike about Onpipeline?**

The standard reports cover most of what we need, although I would like more options for creating detailed, long-term team performance dashboards. Recommendations to others considering Onpipeline Set up your pipeline stages, quote templates and invoicing process before rolling it out to the whole team. We spent some time adapting the workflow to our business, and this made adoption much easier.

**What problems is Onpipeline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer information used to be scattered across spreadsheets, email, and a couple of other tools. It was easy to miss a follow-up or lose track of who was handling a lead. Now we have a single place to check the status of each opportunity, and the team is much more consistent about staying on top of follow-ups.

 ### 3. Good value and covers our day-to-day needs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Constantina M. | Financial Solutions Advisor, Financial Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Onpipeline?**

It handles the things we rely on every day without making the system feel unnecessarily complicated. Pipelines are straightforward to adjust, the interface stays responsive, and the automation tools take care of several repetitive administrative tasks for us. For the features we actually use, the pricing feels reasonable and fair.

**What do you dislike about Onpipeline?**

I’d like more detailed analytics to be available out of the box, without requiring additional configuration. The current reports are helpful and do the job, but they’d be stronger with more visual summaries and a wider range of dashboard options.

**What problems is Onpipeline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to manage leads, quotes, and follow-ups in different places, so keeping customer records up to date was harder than it needed to be. Onpipeline brought all of those activities together in one place. Now sales and management are working from the same information, which has made communication between the two teams much smoother.

 ### 4. Simple to learn, but not too basic

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vladimir P. | Programmer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Onpipeline?**

The interface is clean and easy to understand. I can find a customer, update a deal or prepare a quote without having to search through several screens. We also use the recurring task automation more than I expected. It saves a bit of time every day, which adds up over the week.

**What do you dislike about Onpipeline?**

I would like to see more functionality on mobile. It works for checking information while travelling, but for some tasks I still find myself opening the desktop version.

**What problems is Onpipeline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were reaching the point where tracking everything manually was taking too much time. We needed a CRM, but we did not want a complicated implementation or several weeks of training. Onpipeline gave us a more organised way to manage leads.

 ### 5. Great for follow-ups and daily tasks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark B. | Software Release Architect & Database Engineer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Onpipeline?**

The automation features are probably the most useful part for us. When a deal moves to a
new stage, we can automatically create a task, assign it to the right person or schedule a
follow-up email.
It saves us a lot of time during the week and helps us avoid forgetting important follow-ups. I
also like that activities, notes and communications are connected to each contact and deal.

**What do you dislike about Onpipeline?**

The initial setup of automation rules requires some testing. Once you understand the logic,
they are easy to manage.

**What problems is Onpipeline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us follow a more organized sales process. Tasks are assigned automatically, and
fewer customer follow-ups are missed or delayed.

 ### 6. Much easier to see what the sales team is working on

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian B. | Project Manager, Construction, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Onpipeline?**

The pipeline view is the part we use the most. Moving deals between stages is simple, and I can quickly see where things are getting stuck. It is also helpful to have quotes and customer details linked to the same record instead of checking separate systems.

**What do you dislike about Onpipeline?**

A wider selection of native integrations would still be useful, as it would reduce our reliance on external connectors and API.

**What problems is Onpipeline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Each sales rep had a slightly different way of managing deals. That made it difficult to see which opportunities needed attention and made forecasting less reliable. With Onpipeline, everyone works from the same stages and the pipeline is much easier to review.

 ### 7. A good step up from spreadsheets

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carlos A B. | Manager of Office Operations and Human Resources, Hospital & Health Care, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Onpipeline?**

New employees tend to understand it quickly, which has been a big advantage for us. The layout is logical, and common tasks such as scheduling an activity or checking previous conversations do not require much explanation.

**What do you dislike about Onpipeline?**

Reporting could be a little more flexible. In particular, I would like an easier way to compare performance between different time periods.

**What problems is Onpipeline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a better way to keep customer communication and sales opportunities visible across the team. Before using Onpipeline, a lot depended on individual reminders and manual follow-ups. The process is now more consistent, and it is easier to understand what has already happened with each customer.

 ### 8. It is quite an intuitive software.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaime M. | Gerente Técnico, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Onpipeline?**

Even my boss understands it and that's already a gain

You have quick access to know the status of your opportunities

**What do you dislike about Onpipeline?**

The part where sometimes it is not possible to log in for mobile users

**What problems is Onpipeline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The security access would be the only drawback

 ### 9. Intuitive and easy to use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Onpipeline?**

I have used many other CRMs and this one is very simple, clean cut, and user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Onpipeline?**

I do not like how there's not an easy way to convert a quote to an invoice. I also wish there was an app for mobile use.

**What problems is Onpipeline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of tasks related to specific accounts so nothing falls through the cracks.

 ### 10. Onpipeline helps track customers

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Onpipeline?**

We can track interactions with customers and allow sales reps to followup with leads

**What do you dislike about Onpipeline?**

we have not had any negative issues with using the product

**What problems is Onpipeline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we had never tracked customer interaction (contacts, follow-up, leads). The program allows us to expand our customer base and useful followup

 ### 11. Streamlining Sales Management Made Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joseph M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Onpipeline?**

Intuitive and User-Friendly Interface: Onpipeline's interface is clean, modern, and incredibly intuitive. Navigating through the platform is a breeze, and it requires minimal training to get started. The layout is well-organized, allowing me to easily access and manage my contacts, deals, and tasks without any confusion. The simplicity of the interface ensures that even non-technical users can quickly adapt to the system.

**What do you dislike about Onpipeline?**

Onpipeline provides basic reporting and analytics features, but they can be somewhat limited in terms of depth and customization. While I can track deal progress and generate simple reports on key metrics, I find that the platform lacks advanced analytics capabilities that could provide more comprehensive insights into sales performance. Enhanced reporting options, including customizable dashboards and more advanced data analysis features, would greatly enhance the platform's value.

**What problems is Onpipeline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralized Sales Management: Managing sales processes manually or through scattered tools can be chaotic and time-consuming. Onpipeline provides a centralized hub for all sales-related activities, allowing me to keep track of contacts, deals, and tasks in one place. This centralized approach streamlines my workflow, eliminates information silos, and enhances collaboration within my sales team. Having a single, organized platform has greatly improved my ability to monitor and manage sales activities efficiently.
