**What do you like best about Onfire AI?**

We used to work off static ZoomInfo lists and pray. Now we start the week with accounts where something is actually happening: an engineer griping about a competitor's pricing on Reddit, GitHub activity in our category, that kind of thing. I typed "accounts with K8s adoption spikes, last 30 days" into the Agent expecting garbage and it just gave me the list.

**What do you dislike about Onfire AI?**

Onboarding was a two week slog. Mapping our ICP to their signal categories took longer than sales wanted to wait. Discord coverage is also thin. A lot of our DevOps buyers live in Discord servers the tool can't see yet.

**What problems is Onfire AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reps were burning through cold lists with zero context. Connect rates roughly doubled over two quarters, and each rep gets back a few hours a week they used to spend on research.

**What do you like best about Onfire AI?**

The enrichment. Lusha was getting us maybe 40% coverage on technical contacts and we're now well north of 70%, with real business emails instead of scraped LinkedIn junk. The technographics also go deeper than "they use AWS," which matters when you sell to platform teams.

**What do you dislike about Onfire AI?**

The Agent misreads my questions often enough that I've stopped trusting it for anything complicated. Maybe one query in three needs rephrasing. And the Chrome extension crawls on busy LinkedIn profiles.

**What problems is Onfire AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was getting intro calls with VPs who had no clue what we sold. Now I get to the SREs and platform engineers who actually run evaluations, and deals move faster because of it.

**What do you like best about Onfire AI?**

I've run 6sense and Demandbase at previous companies. Both tell you an account is "surging" and leave you to guess why. Here I can see that a specific engineer complained about their SIEM configuration in a public thread. My SDRs can open with the actual problem.

**What do you dislike about Onfire AI?**

Noise. Not every GitHub star means someone's buying. We spent a month tuning thresholds before reps stopped drowning in junk alerts, and the filtering UI didn't help. Too many nested dropdowns for what should be a toggle.

**What problems is Onfire AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply rates on cold outreach went from roughly 3% to 8% once emails started referencing real pain points instead of "we noticed you visited our site.

**What do you like best about Onfire AI?**

Honestly the Agent used to annoy me. Six months ago my queries came back mangled. Lately it's a different tool. "Accounts where someone complained about their CI/CD pipeline on Reddit in the last two weeks" just works now. Chrome extension is handy for quick lookups too.

**What do you dislike about Onfire AI?**

Salesforce sync lags. Updates take 10-15 minutes to land, which is irritating mid-workflow. The mobile app is a glorified dashboard. Don't bother.

**What problems is Onfire AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Research and list building used to eat 2-3 hours of my day. Now it's under an hour, my activity is up, and the people I reach actually have a reason to talk to me.

**What do you like best about Onfire AI?**

Our inbound was chaos. Hobbyists downloading the OSS version were landing on enterprise AEs' desks. The PQL scoring plus routing by where a company's developers actually sit fixed it. Simple concept, hard to build, and they built it.

**What do you dislike about Onfire AI?**

HubSpot sync handles the basics but chokes on our custom objects, so we run workarounds. Pricing also stung for a Series A. We negotiated hard.

**What problems is Onfire AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead-to-meeting time dropped from about five days to under two. AEs stopped wasting cycles on tire-kickers.
