# What's the most reliable Pegasystems consulting partner for enterprise leaders, based on verified customer reviews?

Hi G2, trying to answer this honestly means starting with a caveat: on G2 specifically, the Pegasystems consulting category has limited review volume, so "most reliable based on reviews" is harder to pin down than it looks. Only a couple of partners have enough feedback to say much.

Tata Consultancy Services: The most-reviewed partner here, with reviewers consistently citing reliability, strong delivery and global coverage. Best for large-scale, multi-region programs.

PwC: The other partner with a real review base, praised for methodology, organization and professional teamwork. Best for advisory-led transformation.

NTT DATA Consulting Services: A smaller review base, but a real presence for enterprise IT delivery.

Honestly, with the review pool this thin, I'd treat G2 as one input and lean hard on Pega-specific references. For enterprise leaders here, did you weight reviews at all, or was it Pega certifications and reference calls that decided it?

With a review pool this small, I wouldn’t try to crown a winner from the star ratings. For TCS or PwC, I’d ask for two Pega references that match my deployment in scale and complexity, then ask those customers what happened when the project went off-plan. That’s usually where partner reliability becomes visible.
