OnePager - helps you focus your project conversations on key deliverables **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Sean H. | Director, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2021 **What do you like best about OnePager?** OnePager works with a variety of scheduling software and I use it with MS Project and MS Excel. It's fast, has an intuitive user interface, it is very easy to update your schedule week over week and my stakeholders love seeing the reports. The general assumption is that the "OnePager" image shared took hours and hours to create, when in reality it takes me <1/2 an hour to make a powerful and useful visualization the first time... and then week over week it is closer to <1 minute to update and 10-15 minutes to proof the updated visualization. **What do you dislike about OnePager?** I have used OnePager for over almost 10 years now. I have seen the product evolve to the point where I don't have any significant dislikes about the product. It would be cool to have a broader set of custom color palettes to choose from off the shelf, but the fact that you can make your own or make it match your company palette is pretty slick. **What problems is OnePager solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have leveraged OnePager to get people focused on key deliverables instead of focusing on minor details you see in a very detailed project schedule. By displaying and highlighting the key upcoming tasks or recent accomplishments in my OnePager, I am able to provide people with the updates that benefit them without getting derailed on smaller perhaps interesting but trivial details. For me I am finding it very successful for getting large groups of stakeholders (up to 10 different business units/orgs) aligned. ### 2. It does take a few hours to find and figure it out but once you do it is easy and fun to use. **What problems is OnePager solving and how is that benefiting you?** I display presentations and portfolio views to the executive teams, this tool allows for very high-level strategic discussions to take place with very complex programs.
