**What do you like best about OneLink?**

I like that onelink allows me to capture and remain active with my group of direct reporting team members of over 50. I can do everything from keep licensure up to date and see their birthdays to assign education modules and keep track of their compensation.

**What do you dislike about OneLink?**

Until just recently, we have not been able to use onelink on a mobile device. For managers that travel from location to location, the ability to use a mobile version of anything makes our lives easier. We just had the updates happen this week so I am excited to use them as soon as possible!

**What problems is OneLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking licensure and DEA Certificates for close to 150 healthcare providers is a daunting task. Onelink does a great job of being able to send updates not only to me but also the providers at 60, 30, 15, 7,6/5/4/3/2/1 days. Most times I don’t have to remind the provider to update with me because they are so tired of seeing the update emails. That’s doing the job for me!

**What do you like best about OneLink?**

I like the double entry views available as well as the ability to customize many of the reports

**What do you dislike about OneLink?**

The summary reporting feature is difficult to use and it hards to get a summary from previous years.

Be specific with your requirements.
