**What do you like best about OneDeck?**

The system is intuitive and easy to use and customize.
The user experience is very good and allows implementation in the organization without help from a third party.

OneDeck offers a wide range of features, allowing anyone in almost any field to build the solution that suits their business.

I mainly used their support center which teaches step by step how to do things in the system - an efficient and convenient stronghold.

We use this platform on a daily basis for everything.

**What do you dislike about OneDeck?**

I would be happy if there were more options in the automations of the system so that I wouldn't have to work with another system like Make.com

**What problems is OneDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The system basically solves all the daily operations of the company for us.

Managing the sales process from the lead entry stage, through opportunity management to the production of quotes and work orders.

We also manage the projects and the execution schedules.

Producing invoices and receipts and  managing our cash flow.

**What do you like best about OneDeck?**

We used Excel sheets to manage the projects and tasks. It was very inconvenient and we had to keep duplicate information on several sheets.
OneDeck helped us arrange the information in a correct architecture and allowed us to share the data under the privileges of managers and employees.
The possibility to create different views with saved filters is very helpful and gives a very good user experience to employees.
Their customer service is very good and responds quickly.

**What do you dislike about OneDeck?**

Although the permissions mechanism is very smart, there are no permissions by view and this is sometimes missing.

**What problems is OneDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The data of our clients and projects is much more organized now, we have built automatic processes that save us time, duplication of information and missed deadlines.
Our projects are going much better and the employees are happy.

**What do you like best about OneDeck?**

We use OneDeck to manage leads, opportunities and quotes. What I liked about this system is that you can save price quote templates for regular use. Another thing is that you can use the data from the documents to create and update records through their automations.
We use it daily, The software very ease to use and they have grate customer support.

**What do you dislike about OneDeck?**

There is no iPhone app yet, they promised there would be, we are waiting.

**What problems is OneDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By using the software we are much more focused on sales opportunities and tracking sales processes. It's very nice to be able to manage the information about the leads, generate quotes and set up automatic processes such as sending reminders or creating tasks for the other employees, all in one place.

For start, it was very easy and quick to learn how to use the platform. My team uses it all the time and was very easy to transition over to using it from old excel spreadsheets. Tahnk you OneDeck!

No complaints so far, all works smoove and the team is using it daily.

**What problems is OneDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales and project management can be done on a regular basis, even by field employees from their mobile phones.
Everything is synchronized and updated in real time.
A significant change from how we used to work until now.

It took a little time to figure out all the features, but once we did, it was smooth sailing.

OneDeck has been a great CRM for our business. It’s easy to use, helps us stay organized, and saves us a lot of time. I’d definitely recommend it to any business looking for a reliable CRM.

The system is very easy to use, all company employees use it from the office or from their mobile. Don't know how we managed without her.

They have a free plan but only up to 2 users so we had to buy a paid package :(

I just love this system, everything is so simple and convenient.
Uses it on a daily basis, manages the tasks of all employees and monitors the progress of projects.

The system is easy to use, allows all our employees to view the sales processes and projects also from the mobile.
The management of the customers and the charges allows us an inhibitor that was sorely lacking in the past.

At the moment there is nothing specific that we didn't like. The stock is good and they have fast and good customer service.

OneDeck is very easy to use, setting up our workflows was simple. It has all the features we need to manage projects and deliveries. Good customer support, they have been responsive whenever we needed assistance.

Nothing for now, everything has been working well so far.

OneDeck has made managing our projects and delivery schedules much easier. I can track progress in real time, assign tasks to my employees and make sure everything is progressing as planned.

Being able to build automated processes myself helps a lot.

To connect with third-party apps you need to work with Make or Zapier.

What I like best about OneDeck is its intuitive interface and flexibility.
