I find this software extremely user-friendly, and I value the extensive selection of features it provides. I’m especially impressed by how smoothly it integrates with Zoom and Google Calendar, which made the setup process effortless. Additionally, I appreciate that the team is always introducing new innovations.

I’m disappointed that their new system doesn’t offer booking with approval yet, although they mentioned that this feature is in development.

I really appreciate the new phone booking tool powered by AI, which allows customers to call in and schedule their appointments. I think this is a brilliant idea! It makes booking much more accessible for people who aren't comfortable using computers, and I absolutely love that.

I appreciate the flexibility OnceHub offers, allowing my contacts to schedule multiple times, so I can choose the best fit for my schedule. It solves the problem of phone tag by letting contacts self-schedule, and sends reminders, saving me time. OnceHub’s setup was easy, allowing me to integrate it smoothly into my workflow.

**What do you dislike about OnceHub?**

One issue I encounter with OnceHub is the lack of user compliance with instructions to select appointments on two different days. This often results in back-to-back appointments on the same day, reducing my flexibility. I would appreciate a feature in OnceHub that can ensure appointments are set on different days, avoiding multiple requests on the same day.

OnceHub allows my contacts to schedule meetings with multiple options, saving time by avoiding phone tag. Its reminder feature further saves time for me and my contacts.

Flexibility and ease of use.  Easy to implement and the easy to integrate with the tools I use.  I love the number of features and have only reached out to support a few times in all the years I have used it.  This is a tool that gets used everyday by me and my clients and it works great.

I love how accomodating it is to my needs. I can rely on an appointments that have been booked with me to know that it was all done right and I can really just focus on my job.

I don't have much bad to say about it. I usually never have issues with time zones or bookings going wrong.

OnceHub is truly designed for sales success teams that need a space to schedule, chat and engage with prospects and customers and integrate with other tools to have a coordinated experience for all users.

It might not be very intuitive at first for users because features are bundled in different sections. However, once you get used to it, you can make changes fast.

ScheduleOnce helps us organize our demo scheduling process and streamline communications and CRM updates. All communications can be customized, and templates can be created in every language you use.

OnceHub has gotten rid of many calls and emails going back and forth trying to schedule an appointment. Send a link, and allow clients to access your calendar and schedule on their time.

The setup process can be complicated if you have multiple appointment types and lengths.

OnceHub has eliminated the back and forth of appointment scheduling and is saving us hours each month.

**What do you like best about OnceHub?**

Scheduleonce enable me to personalise my scheduling link. Making them easy to remember for both myself and anyone I share them with. Away from this , Scheduleonce also enable me to create temporary, one-time web links through which anyone can book appointments with me. The one-time nature of the aforementioned links does ensure that my privacy is protected and my booking page is not known to unauthorized individuals.

At the moment , Scheduleonce refusal to allow users like myself link multiple Calendars to Scheduleonce is for me , the biggest limitation of this program. Alternatives tools like Acquity and Calendly currently enable multi-Calendar integration.

Scheduleonce is used to address key problems around how customers are able to schedule appointments with members of my organisation. Scheduleonce has been automated within our in-house workflow, to connect our sales prospects with the right in-house professionals in my company , making the transition from prospect to customer a more smooth and measurable experience.

ScheduleOnce is super easy to use and set up. And I really like how it automatically resizes to different screens and browsers without cutting off the buttons the user needs to navigate the scheduler and complete the booking. I also like how you can integrate multiple calendars.

**What do you dislike about OnceHub?**

The first time you log into ScheduleOnce you're redirected to the OnceHub portal. So for a split second, I thought I was in the wrong place. Also, the first couple of times setting up a calendar, I needed to get used to the naming conventions they use.

I've tried a bunch of automated calendar tools and ScheduleOnce is my favorite so far.

ScheduleOnce lets my sales guy be more efficient and have leads automatically book into his calendar. And because it automatically syncs up with his Google Calendar, we never have to worry about double bookings.

I liked how easy and fast it was to schedule new meetings using a chatbox. It sent the invitations to the attendees right away with the necessary information to join the meeting.

The moment I started to work with a partner the fees of the tool skyrocketed and it was not possible to continue using it. I had to find another option to schedule meetings with prospects and clients.

There might be other affordable options.

The ease and efficiency in which a client can schedule an appointment. The customer service team is also very responsive and helpful in addressing all over our concerns.

**What do you dislike about OnceHub?**

If there were something we could choose, it would be to have an administrative override to book an appointment under a specific link for a time that isn't listed or available for a client. That way if we have a one-off meeting, we don't have to completely change a setting to enter it.

Takes away some of the stress of having multiple people enter in appointments into a calender and going back and forth with a client to see what works best. It's all right there and simple to use.

**What do you like best about OnceHub?**

It is free for 25 users which is great for small teams and non-commercial projects. We were able to greatly streamline appointment booking with it. It is in my opinion the best free option.

**What do you dislike about OnceHub?**

There is a bit of a learning curve to set it up. Also, you can only link one calendar to it with is a bummer. Competition like Calendly allows you to add multiple calendars and hence is way more effective if you have multiple accounts.

As I have said before it is free for 25 users which helps us reduce cost. Also, it has automated booking of our client calls. This has resulted in better relations with the clients.

I like the integration with Google Calendar and the fact that I can send a link to someone and let them pick their own time. I also like the level of customization I can do with recurring availability and date-specific availability.

**What do you dislike about OnceHub?**

I wish that the Zoom integration was available with a lower level paid plan--I can't justify increasing my subscription just for that, but it does require some manual input for meeting links.

The strength of ScheduleOnce is the level of customization. If you don't need a high degree of customization in your schedule, you can probably consider a less feature-rich platform.

**What problems is OnceHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have a lot of people who want to schedule a time to speak with me, but I don't have a consistent schedule from day to day. ScheduleOnce allows people to see my availability in real-time to schedule a meeting. They also can see my availability in their time zone and don't have to play email tag with me or my assistant. They can also reschedule on their own if needed.

We have full control over email templates, managing an entire coaching team. Great customer support, and integrates with Zapier.

I really wish it would integrate with Dynamics CRM, but I know that it is difficult to integrate ANYTHING with Dynamics CRM.

We work with healthcare clients all over the US and Canada, and ScheduleOnce is our go-to scheduler. Everything is set-it-and-forget-it. Works like a charm, clients love the ease of scheduling, and the interface looks sharp.

The chatbot builder is unlike any other solution I tried, their onboarding is great, and you can't beat their pricing!

Nothing. I wish there was a way to include links inside messages, without having to add a new message bubble.

**What do you like best about OnceHub?**

Ease of scheduling for customers and for potential applicants. Really makes a big difference having the ability to schedule through a website as opposed to over the phone. Multiple booking pages makes it easy to setup for different business locations as well as capacity at each.

**What do you dislike about OnceHub?**

The user interface could be a little less complicated. Not hard to set up, but it feels very disconnected. I would prefer something a little more straightforward. Also, phone support requires payment for help with setup. I have seen some options on other vendor platforms that allow a little more control over follow up emails that I like better; the cost difference isn't reasonable though. I would like the ability to have more control over follow up emails. Having a different replyto depending on the booking page for starters and having the ability to receive an email asking if the customer came in or was a no-show for their appointment before sending an automatic post service follow up would be awesom.

**Recommendations to others considering OnceHub:**

Highly recommended. Requires a bit of setup but for the customer, it makes life much easier and the ability to manage a schedule much better for us. I chose "Don't know" for headed in the right direction simply because I have seen so little change/improvement over five years. Most companies work hard to improve functionality and the overall offering of the service and I have seen little to no improvement. The rule is keep up or catch up, catch up never works really well. I would be concerned that in a short bit of time they will be so far behind their competitors that it will be hard to keep choosing them as a best option.

**What problems is OnceHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No more phone tag! Previously I would play phone tag with applicants to get them in for an interview. Now they schedule themselves. It allows us control over how many customers are able to schedule appointments as well as oversight with management to ensure that we are fully booking  our days up.

**What do you like best about OnceHub?**

ScheduleOnce has made an appointment book so easy! Current or prospective clients can easily book a 15, 30, or 60-minute meeting with me or my employees that works within our schedules. Since it integrates with G-Cal, provided you have blocked off the appropriate times on your calendar, calls won't be booked for you during times you're busy. This way, clients work around your schedule and are able to take the guess-work and messy communication that comes with booking a meeting manually. The option to block off times for a conversation with a client is great since it ensures both of you respect each other's time, and tells clients from when they book the meeting of the time constraints and condition. Schedule once takes into consideration different timezones, so a client can book meeting in their time zone and it will pop up in your calendar in your timezone. I thought clients would be daunted by scheduling a meeting virtually, but it turns out they love it since it's so much faster than trying to coordinate times that work over the phone. I have received such a positive response and it has made my days so much more organized.

**What do you dislike about OnceHub?**

We get a lot of clients contacting us via Instagram, so if there was an integration there, that would be a lifesaver. Now, Instagram clients book via email or call at times that don't work for us, so it's a bit messy. The set up takes a bit of time, but this is minor since it works so well once you're done.

**Recommendations to others considering OnceHub:**

ScheduleOnce is super easy to use and will improve your workflow immensely. If your business revolves around taking calls and trying to schedule them within the confines of your busy life, I highly recommend implementing this software.

We are solving problems of scheduling calls with clients easily and ensuring that the calls align with our schedules.

I like that there was a free trial and I took advantage of it  to try the service and see how much it worked for me.

It integrates with my Outlook Calendar and so there is no way for there to be a clash of appointments between what I have on my Outlook Calendar and what is scheduled on Scheduleonce.

It accommodates people in different time zones by converting my free time to the time zone of the person, looking to book appointments with me.


**What do you dislike about OnceHub?**

Maybe my needs are quite basic, but I haven’t found anything I dislike about Scheduleonce for now. Also, it does not integrate with Bluejeans, which is our primary video conferencing solution at work.

Scheduleonce has saved me a lot of minutes on a day to day basis by practically removing the need to first have a phone call or email communication with anyone, before they are able to schedule appointments with me.

Schedule Once is perfect for the solo entrepreneur.   Robust feature set can do darn near anything, but the install options make it easy to streamline the platform when you just need the basics.  Integration with Zoom and other online video conferencing tools is fantastic.  Makes my customer-facing scheduling function 100% automated and bullet-proof.  Most important metric is how my clients feel about it and they tell me it's great and that's the bottom line for me.

Nothing to dislike.  Great features, can be as minimal or robust as I need it to be and the right price point

You can't go wrong with this product.  Lots of competition in a crowded market, but this solution really stands out.

Minimalistic settings and great interface on how to use meeting link ! All you have to do is share the link with clients and integrates really well with Google Calendar and zoom!

Honestly haven't had any issues yet. One thing that I could think of is better control to change your work hours especially if you have rotational shifts!

I don't like the fact that I can't just suggest a few times to book into. I've seen other software do this and really like the feature.

Feedback is excellent with a systematic set of follow-up reminders, instructions, and follow-up actions after the meeting ends.

I like that the software allows you to schedule multiple appointments and transfer to everyone’s calendars, so every team member is kept up-to-date with the upcoming demos / meetings.

I dislike that the program sometimes is not well-known and confusing to clients. Most people have never used it and so there can be some confusion / learning curve for clients.

**What problems is OnceHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With this program, you are solving the problem of scheduling clients and organizing all the meetings in one place instead of having to check dates and times in multiple places. You also have a page that is easily accessible and can be sent through your Gmail account through the integration. Makes sending out any notifications or reminders easier. I have realized that I miss meetings and appointments less often.

That it does what it needs to do. As the title says, it streamlines. No bells or whistles. You get your link, have your different meeting needs, and then get your leads setting times that work for them when you touch base. 

**What do you dislike about OnceHub?**

Only the initial setup can be time consuming. It can be a bit of a learning curve depending on what exactly you need. I would've liked to set it up, or at least test, on our site, but we didn't spend the time needed to get that part setup. 

If it looked easier to implement, we probably would've stayed and used that. 

**Recommendations to others considering OnceHub:**

Start out with a few sales/CRM using it and get buy-in there first. 

**What problems is OnceHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improving lead flow for our sales team at their respective locations. We wanted to make it easier for leads to schedule in times they might want to walk-in or schedule calls with us. 

Before, our system would be to have sales follow-up with emails and have to find out what exactly the lead would want to do (using the UTMs attached). Now, we're testing having the leads take care of what they need with less contact and time spent getting them to the next point of what they want.

Love the tool for what it is. No more dealing with individual appointments. Connect your calendar to the system and then your availability is able to be edited by you, and appointments can be made by everyone else. It's great.

Setting things up on the back end can be tricky. You'll need an advisor to help you get it all up and running.

**Recommendations to others considering OnceHub:**

If you have large-scale appointments that need to be made, use this system. Back end work is a little confusing, but the staff-side of things works great!

So much time and energy is wasted during scheduling...then rescheduling, etc etc. Less frustration on all ends!

We use it to set up Trial classes and walk through's of our facility so I like that you can set up different schedules and it makes it very straight forward for the client to find which class they want to sign up for.

Some of the links are a little confusing in the backend so it is a bit time consuming and easy to click the wrong link when you are trying to find what you are looking for

**Recommendations to others considering OnceHub:**

My recommendation would be to just go ahead and give it a try, it's extremely inexpensive and you can use the basic plan which will allow you to send prospects a link directly to the schedule or you have the option to use a widget on your website.

Leads will now be able to schedule without ever having to be in communication which is great for people who know when they want to come in, and want that instant gratification of being scheduled.  It also takes a lot of pressure off of follow-ups for our sales team

I like that I can link my calendar and then simply send people to my calendar to schedule a time that works for both of us. I can create custom times within which people can schedule, and I don't have to worry about being double booked. It translates my free time to the user's time zone so it's easy to accommodate users worldwide.

**What do you dislike about OnceHub?**

It seems like it gets disconnected from my calendar a lot and I have to manually resync. There have also been times when I've gotten direct emails from clients telling me that there are no times available when I have an empty calendar. It's like ScheduleOnce blocked my calendar off for me but I could never figure out why.

**Recommendations to others considering OnceHub:**

I think ScheduleOnce is a simple solution for calendar management and booking, but I'd like to see a better user interface. The administrator experience is confusion, and I don't feel like it's very intuitive. I didn't receive much education on how to use it. I'm sure there are highly complex features that I could be taking advantage of and I just don't have the time to research or implement them because they're not obvious.

Client training, support, and live demos. It's great for coordinating schedules between multiple parties in different time zones.

I coach executives and three different coaching companies book me to provide coaching for their clients.  It is so easy to send the LINK in my first emails and let the scheduling happen without multiple calls to assistants (or more and more to the executive him/herself). Very convenient that so much happens without me doing anything

On three occasions over the last few years, ScheduleOnce has unilaterally canceled meetings from my calendar and notified my client that I had canceled the meeting with the reason listed as. "Bill Gardner canceled."

Use their help group when you are setting up - you can do it on your own but you may miss some "bells and whistles."

Time (hours) that I could not charge to a client can now be filled with chargeable hours.  Lots of benefits to the top line.
