**What do you like best about Omnispay?**

We are a real estate and holiday homes company based in Dubai, and we were looking for an easy payment solution to collect payments from our customers. We found Omnispay to be one of the easiest and fastest payment solutions among the other names in the market. The registration process was smooth, and we are now able to collect payments instantly by creating a quick payment link. Creating the link itself takes less than a minute, and it has replaced our bank transfer collections.

One surprising feature of omnispay is the QR code option, where you can generate a QR instantly to collect money. This has helped us avoid the cost we would otherwise spend on a POS machine, as well as paper. We’re also happy to see them adding more and more features over time, such as settlement reports and their AI, which gives us meaningful insights into our business and customer behaviour. Some of our business decisions have been inspired by the data and insights we’ve seen in their reports and AI.

Their pricing is very transparent, with no hidden costs, and everything is clearly mentioned on the website. We also get 1 month of free subscription to their advanced features. We integrated omnispay with our website as well, and the process was easy and quick. We can now offer several payment options on our website to our customers. Overall, we are happy with omnispay.

**What do you dislike about Omnispay?**

Nothing so far. They have been great in all aspects.

**What problems is Omnispay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are now able to collect payments from customers who are not based in UAE in an instant. Earlier, we had to wait for the customer to add our bank details as a beneficiary in their bank account and then make a bank transfer which took about 2 to 4 days. We now create a payment link in an instant, and the customer can pay using their international card from anywhere in the world.
