**What do you like best about Omnilinx?**

1. offers messaging, video conferencing, file sharing, project management tools, etc.
2. user friendly interface reduces traning costs and encourage ease of implementation and integration.
3. Provides end to end encryption
4. Provides secure data protection to enhace data security.
5. Provides good customer support.

**What do you dislike about Omnilinx?**

1. Occurrance of lags at peak hours.
2. Pricing on higher side.
3. Offline working capability is missing and can be a con for people without stable internet connection.

**What problems is Omnilinx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Omnilinx has proven to be a central  hub of integration for all communication channels involved in business communications. It offers scalabiity, security and various channels which offers great boost to digital business communications.It helped to streamline the process and operations and reduce costs which were incurred earlier.
