The availability of items you can find in Oliver

**What do you dislike about Oliver?**

It doesn't seem user friendly enough. I wish it was a little more.

The readily available items you can find

**What do you like best about Oliver?**

Relevancy ranking
Orbit search interface – for junior and middle school students
Clear presentation of results, with easy links to interactive resources
Library maps to assist users to locate resources
Users can manage their own library profile – reserve, renew, request, and review results
Softlink offers  a  variety of training services ranging from intro beginners courses to advanced
Softlink gives training online, technical training with staff, lecture-based training with groups.
There are certain benefits to use Softlink solution as Illumin such as  fast to assess research 
department. It makes   better  and improved cost recovery and resource allocation.

**What do you dislike about Oliver?**

I do not dislike this app as it is very excellent management system for the use of everyone, libraries would only profit from it using all solutions that Softlink has to offer

**Recommendations to others considering Oliver:**

I advise our libraries to use this software rather than regular system

**What problems is Oliver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I easily can solve data access  for  my research!
