When creating personas, it is important not to jump to instant categorization. We need to know who the customer is and identify their individual needs. It is easy to agree with Odyssiant in that content chaos can be overwhelming, and sometimes, the first step is the most difficult. It can take time to coordinate and map out where you think you want to go. Odyssiant has practical examples, and we believe it could be beneficial if they added more.
