Their customer support is really horrible. It's difficult to get ahold of them in the first place, and once you do you're lucky to get a response. They flip flopped on custom integration pricing for our application, eventually coming back with a price that was exponentially, comically more than their initial communication. Their support documentation is lacking as well. **What problems is Odin AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Creating custom AI agents to assist with increased efficiency in each department in the business. ### 2.
