**What do you like best about Octopus ITSM?**

The Octopus ITSM is user friendly and has helped me when it comes to IT asset management.

**What do you dislike about Octopus ITSM?**

None at the moment as this is a new product in our organization and I'm still exploring the solution.

**What problems is Octopus ITSM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the new Octopus ITSM I am able to do multiple uploading of IT assets unlike the previous ITSM.

**What do you like best about Octopus ITSM?**

it is easy to use and easy when it comes to integrating some applications that we need to deploy immediately and with easy administration.

**What do you dislike about Octopus ITSM?**

for now, i don't have any dislikes in this ITSM. I'm still exploring and navigating since this is new to ours.

**What problems is Octopus ITSM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Octopus ITSM resolves our ITAM when uploading bulk or massive data easily.
