**What do you like best about Obie Insurance?**

I like the flexibility and variety of Obie Insurance's programs, which are particularly beneficial for working with real estate investors. They provide insurance solutions for a wide range of properties, covering everything from vacant single family homes to flips and multiple family residences. I also appreciate how quick and easy it is to provide landlord policies to our customers. The initial setup was a breeze, with fast onboarding and training.

**What do you dislike about Obie Insurance?**

I'd like to see a program for more than just cosmetic renovations. I'd like to see more of a builders risk type policy.

**What problems is Obie Insurance solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Obie Insurance makes it quick and easy to provide landlord policies, offering fast onboarding and training.
