**What do you like best about O-Meds?**

The ability to generate reports on the dashboard is one of O-Med's main advantages. The frequency and the mode of the reports can be completely customised. As the solution is cloud-based, the solution can be accessed from any browser and any device with a 2-factor authentication.

**What do you dislike about O-Meds?**

The data collected by O-Meds is a matter of concern if it is ever compromised. Because healthcare data is very personal and permanent i.e. a person with a prolonged history of diabetes can't change that data their entire life. Also, fragmented concerns were raised about performance problems during peak hours and server connectivity.

**What problems is O-Meds solving and how is that benefiting you?**

O-Meds is revolutionising nursing with reduced errors and improved efficiency. It reduces paperwork and improves integrability with other solutions. Onboarding of new patients and change of medication is almost a cakewalk with this solution.

**What do you like best about O-Meds?**

O-Meds is cloud based and can be accessed anywhere remotely. You can restrict access to different staff limiting the information they can view. O-Meds supports customization, is secure and supports both sms and email alerts.

**What do you dislike about O-Meds?**

O-Meds requires reliable internet connectivity and can not be accessed offline.

**What problems is O-Meds solving and how is that benefiting you?**

O-Meds made it easy for us to manage medical records helping us to streamline and secure them thereby enhnacing safety and security of records as well as enhancing ease of access and efficiency.

It is completely online and cloud base no internal network/data center needed.

**What do you dislike about O-Meds?**

s it is cloud base,  it is all depended on your internet performance.  Security is also one of the risk factor.

**Recommendations to others considering O-Meds:**

Use different cloud base security and monitoring tools specific to cloud base application for this product.

Creating Medical admission record system.
