I appreciate how well oranized this software is. It is quite intuitive and fits with how I see my work flow. It is easy to learn to use this software and seems to integrate with other cerner based modules well. there are multiple ways of accessing data, which is helpful. sometimes it crashes or gets stuck and the data that you are entering gets lost.

Must click a few times to get past information as the latest data will always show, but relatively recent data will not upload immediately unless you prompt it to load. Thus, you can sometimes think that a documentation folder does not have recent information when in reality they do. Also, you must have a close eye on dates as there is no indication of recent (within the last few days) and somewhat recent (within the past few months) of patient data for those who visit the hospital on a more frequent basis. Let me start by saying that I have found Cerner very easy to navigate. The user controls are simple yet the application as a whole is sophisticated. The ability to see where a patient is located in real time is extremely helpful when they are going through various testing in multiple departments of the hospital. I use the tracking tool to see when a patient is ready for a consultation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The aspect I most dislike about the application is very minute but helped so much. After the update, the application no longer automatically refreshes my patient list every five minutes like it used to. I fell like this opinion is very nitpicky but I do have to manually refresh my patient list every so often so I do not miss a chance to visit with a patient before another department gets to them.
